You could dye them with Dylon machine dye - I'm guessing the grey wouldn't take too much to cover up, a cheaper option might be to soak them and then put them through the wash with a colour run remover sachet

or the cheapest option is wear as they are.
I thought about dying...Thanks for the tips. I have a fear of being knocked over whilst wearing tatty undies!:rotfl:Living a frugal retirement without treading on the planet :T

Cheer Lexbubbles.....I usually wash at a low temp. But I thought as they were light colours and cotton, I would wash them a bit hotter. I didn't reckon on a rogue sock!:rotfl:
Happy birthday Kim_13 and GemGem!:bdaycake:
I'm desperate for new hiking socks! Mine have worn thin and on a hike today, made m feet sore.
I will have to put my thinking cap on for a solution!:think:Living a frugal retirement without treading on the planet :T

Wow 32b3 - you wouldn't expect that from such an expensive cardi. I've had much cheaper cashmere cardigans & didn't have that problem. Very disappointing...

Belated birthday wishes to those celebrating this week.
somerandom - I used to have an angora cardigan in a divine mulberry colour - it was a beautiful thing and I literally wore it to death. It may be worth looking at angora too.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

I know, I was very surprised. I've never had cashmere before but just assumed that it wouldn't shed! I'll hand wash as Mav suggests or stick it in the cleaners, or carry around one of those sticky roller thingsSPC9 #125 - £816.85
SPC10 #125 - £851.81
SPC 11 #7 - £968.46

I retrieved my duvet coat from the trunk I store my "deepest winter" items. Inside the trunk I also found a black cashmere cardigan that I thought I'd lost plus a can of Gin & Tonic ! It came back to me that I'd shoved loads of stuff in the trunk to quickly tidy up before my DS' birthday party last Autumn !! Feeling very happy about my finds. Could still do with getting a new cardigan but this takes the urgency awayShifting my energy for 20200
