Afternoon everyone
I've lost 0.4 which is better than nothing.
Went off plan big style over the weekend so should be grateful for small losses.0 -
Treeny Bash - The Sugar one starts tonight on ITV so your in good time for the first week of it, around 8.30 I think.
Shala - Have your books arrived yet? I'll be interested on hearing your opinions of the Davina one, quite fancy the look of it myself.
Sorry about the Pasta N Sauce - its majorly the worst one they do! But hey its better we know!0 -

Grocery challenge 2017 JAN: £5.56/£3500 -
Been shopping this morning and picked up some reduced fruit and veg - don't often get reduced stuff shopping in the morning but good when I do.
My planned meals for today have gone out of the window, LOL! DH wants duck and lentils after seeing a recipe on tv a few days ago so we're having that for dinner.
B - porridge made with water; frozen fruit
L - pulled pork roll with salad; satsuma
D - duck & lentils

Hi all, I've been lurking and reading occasionally but work/life is still so hectic I've not found time to login properly and post. Anyway weighed in this morning and lost 2.5lbs again. Really pleased with that as that's five pounds now over three weeks so nice and steady. Will try to keep it up but I think come February there will be more dinners/lunches out and more temptation.
Am going to the gym a lot and trying to get over 10k steps a day which must help.
Well done to everyone else posting losses or just hanging in there. I know it can be hard at times especially when you don't see the result you deserve.0 -
Hi Everyone,
I am glad to report a loss of -4lbs:j. After last weeks fiasco things seem back on track. Beg, I was like you last week. I felt I had to do the walk of shame and sit in the naughty corner. There's nothing worse then having to listen to others who have hit big numbers and claim to have been on the raz all week. Take this with a pinch of salt. They've either spent the rest of the week at the gym, been very lucky (it will probably catch up with them the next week), or there may be the odd porky or exaggeration there;).
For those that wish to know Tug had the all clear from his pathology on the tumour, so I am in a much better place this week. He's still running round on three legs, he's as mad as a box of frogs.:rotfl:
Shala - thanks for the chart, and well done all the losers, and as for those who are having a bad week, keep going.
Arkers x
Thank you Arkers on updating us on your Tug .
Well done on your loss :T0 -
Good Afternoon
Well done to all the losers :T
Been very windy here today and it wasn't me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Think I'm going to class and then off home for a Beef Chilli out of the freezer with veg and then to make some sort of soup for the next couple of days.
Did I say it was like there was a wild beast in my back garden last night, howling and rattling about all flippin night. :rotfl::rotfl:
I'm sort of lost with the Syns Online at the minute much prefer the old version. Dark Rye Ryvita is it 2 or 4 for your Heb choice?
Think I'll have how ever many I'm allowed with the soup for lunch tomorrow.0 -
That's exactly where I am now BEG and have been since last summer - stuck in the land of size 14 :rotfl: Theres something about that size clearly...... for me there def is anyway. My sticking point lol.
Tell DH he can go to my house, there is a half a pack of Pasta N Sauce in my fridge from last night. It took great efforts to ensure I didn't eat the whole pack myself in one go.
I bought the new smoked cheese and pancetta and pesto flavours the other day when they were on offer. Haven't tried those ones yet but would need to check the syns before I do.
I used to get that all the time from people silly little comments etc, its no easier for you than anybody else. The way I look at it it was just my time to do it when I did and its your turn right now and it will be somebody elses turn another time. Its a mix of jealousy with admiration, they don't understand your motivation, how you've done it and are a bit fascinated by you lol:T
Take it as a compliment! :A
Its ok don't worry I have 4 weeks to lose 11lbs - which clearly won't happen either but for me right now a loss of 7lbs or more will make me feel like a right winner!!
Had a whole pack of Pasta N Sauce to myself lantanna with extra veggies thrown in. Wanted to make sure I stayed full until tea time without going and raiding the cupboards. It does say that one pack serves two as a snack or whole pack for one person. The smoky cheese and pancetta sounds quite nom nom but will it be worth 5 syns should I have the whole pack. You will have to let me know what you think of it.Just checked the Pasta N Sauce and the new ones are on there, there is an Ariabatta one too. Oh dear the Smoked Cheese and Pancetta is 5 syns  It shall be saved. The Cheese & Brocoli remains my favourite followed by the Chicken and Mushroom. I only have them once in a blue moon but when I'm in the mood for one I love them! I add my HEa Cheese in the form of laughing cow light usually - yum
Stuck them down here, just in case anyone needed updating like me

Thanks for these lantanna.treeny_bash wrote: »No lunch with me today, so I'm off to see what's tempting in the staff canteen.
beg I realise I'm one of those annoying ones who are cheating loads and still losing overall, but I put on 2 stone from end of Aug to the beginning of Jan, and I think if you put it on that quickly through diabolical eating habits then it comes off a little easier. I'm sure you've been mostly well behaved which means that any naughtiness makes a huge difference. My mum was bemoaning this last week, she put on half a stone over Christmas and she's not even lost half of that yet despite being 100% on plan.
Glad I missed the ridiculous diet program last night, I think nose feeding is probably a step too far. I need to catch up on the sugar one though, that seems much more my cup of tea. Does anyone know if it's on iplayer?
I think a lot of my weight gain probably came from sugar treeny so I am quite looking forward to this one. I think it is on ITV so it should probably appear at some point on the catch up thing - is it ITV Hub they call it now. Hope you found something tasty in the canteen that didn't cost you too many syns:rotfl:
Setting myself a challenge again from today - to drink 4 x 500mls of water on top of my usual beverages. I start off doing this for a few days and then lose the plot with it. Hopefully it will help with any fluid retention and loo issues. On bottle 3 atm so things are looking good for today.

Good luck for weigh in lantanna. Are the ryvitas 2 or 4 depending on whether you are doing SP? I have been having the fruit ryvita and they are 2 for HE.
