Can anyone explain to me why muller lights are free but other own brand fat free yogurts have a syn value? I've got an @ldi one a muller one in my fridge and I've checked the ingredients and they're nearly identical. There's actually more fruit pur!e in the muller yogurt than the @ldi one so its not that.
    I just find it weird

I tried on a dress today and had one of those _pale_ moments when (1) it just looked plain awful and (2) I wondered if I would be able to get it off ....

So feeling pretty :( this evening and determined now to slowly but surely shift some pounds and get healthy for once and for all.

I have never follow a proper diet like SW or WW, and I have often thought of trying SW. Could I ask is it a good diet to follow if you need to follow a low carb / high fat diet and have Type 2 Diabetes.

Oh poor you  I went through that last year and had my gallbladder removed in July. Feel free to message me if you want ask anything or just rant. Its really quite unpleasant. Fingers crossed for the scan.

I'm having mine out very soon.
I had to go into hospital about 7 weeks ago as it is was inflamed & infected, a stone had come out & was lodged in a bile duct & made me jaundiced. I ended up spending a week & a half in hospital.
I had a stent put in & the stone removed & IV drugs for the inflammation & infection.
I was discharged as an urgent case for gallbladder removal 4 - 6 weeks. I couldn't get admin to process my paperwork & it took them over 4 weeks to do it - I had to involve PALS.
Once PALS got involved I got my pre op booked in 2 days later. It's tomorrow.
I've been out about 7 weeks now, might get an idea tomorrow of the removal date, so much for the doctor marking it urgent & 4 - 6 weeks!
