    Hello all,

Lovely to hear of those getting to target AND staying there - my biggest fear is that I'll get slack and all the weight will creep back on...
Well, todays WI was a big surprise - 5.5lbs Really wasn't expecting that!

Must be the carry over from last weeks efforts :)

Great result Beg - I can't believe you can still lose 2lbs in a week when you've lost so much already. :j Does that mean the scales now say 10 something? :T

I think I had a sts last week Lois after being fairly good so I think I was maybe rewarded for that too this week ;). Oh my goodness yes the scales last night read '10st 12.5lb'.

Some amazing results have come along today - very well done to you all :T:T:T

    Belated birthday wishes Arkers xx

Belated Birthday wishers Arkers _party__party_ hope you had a wonderful day and you are well within your birthday rights to have a little gain ;)

    Well done losers :T

GFB - have you got anyone who can hide your scales for you? OH has hidden mine again as I was getting despondent weighing every day, I've called him some names but he won't tell me where he's hidden them :rotfl: I can't bear not weighing but I have no choice! It gets easier as the week goes on.. and it can't affect your mood knowing you lost/gained (but not really).

I've been known to be super strict for a bit and then go off the rails so it defeats the purpose for me. I suspect Shala is a little bit naughty like this as well at times. :rotfl:

I have no idea what you're on about :A:whistle::o:p

    Good luck Lush x

I've had a bit of a stressful day at work as usual.. tried to not let it get to me though as usually i'd head to the chippie..

    Good morning everyone,

Thank you for the belated birthday wishes. I was sort of dreading this year, I don't know why. We also lost my dad at a young age, and as I get closer to this it point I can't help thinking and reflecting. Does anyone else find difficulty striking a balance between living for today and planning for tomorrow? I know it's not necessarily SW related, but thought I'd ask.

Orlao that is a terrific loss, you've obviously worked really hard on your food plan, or whatever your doing is doing the trick!:T

....what is going on with this weather? Poor blackbird family who I'm sure have moved their family into our hedge are really struggling, I think I'm trying to feed every feathered friend in the neighbourhood at the moment.

    Have a good day everyone.

Arkers ~~ that certainly strikes a cord with me.
It is difficult to strike a balance between living for today but thinking about tomorrow. A friend who lost her husband at a fairly young age also struggles with this. She wants to live for today but is also aware she could live another thirty years.
