Seems like a great solution for fat free cooking of eggs, the Youtube video shows it's versatility.
Also Amazon have a Sistema Storage/Steaming sale on, great ways to cook fish, vegetables, rice using the microwave and steaming (fat free) and ultra healthy.

Morning all
Popping in to report a 2lb loss this week, making a total of 7lb over three weeks. Considering I had a very naughty weekend last week I am pleased with that.
I am having a reasonably naughty day today so won't advise of my meal plan - suffice to say that Saturday is the best day of the week for me!
I have also decided to change up the way I manage my Syns. I struggle to eat them - I am used to feeling deprived on a diet and still don't believe that if I have a permitted bar of chocolate or glass of wine I'll lose weight. It's a mindset I'm trying to get rid of! So anyway, I am going to start with 105 Syns and count backwards, starting today.
Have a great weekend everybody!0 -

I bought this last week, hope it arrives today. I'll let you know if it's any good... You have to spend £10 for free delivery so I also bought a spiralizer recipe book.
I was interested in alternatives that she uses to potatoes, rice and pasta. There seemed to be some good recipes when I had a quick look.Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Glad you enjoyed the pulled pork Mary, I forgot to take the pork out the freezer for tonight so I'll have to do mine tomorrow now
Instead we'll be having SW chicken tikka sauce with cauliflower rice, I'm dreading that as I can't bear cauliflower, but You have to try these things don't you :rotfl:
Hope everyone enjoys their synful days :j always nice to have a treat...
I had a cheeky weigh in this morning as I started my healthier eating last Saturday and I've lost 6.5lbs since then.. I will loosen the reins a little this week as it's not sustainable to be as strict as I've been doing but as a boost to weight loss it's been good.. I guess it's been a bit like SP for a week..
So meal plan for today EE
B - Apple, yogurt
L - courgette based pizza topped with cheese (hea), bacon, peppers, onion
T - SW tikka sauce, chicken, sweet pot bhajis, poppadum(2) left over veg that needs using up, cauliflower rice
S - milk in tea (2) nuts (heb)Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

I might do a couple of speed days over the coming week - I already eat a lot of veg etc, so I'll just give the pasta/rice a miss for a couple of days. See what happens!0

Great loss Shala. I've never lost that amount - that's more like a month's loss for me (or even 2)!
How do you do your courgette based pizza? I've heard of a cauliflower base and a Smash base but not courgette!
Another EE day today:
B - SW fry up
L - HM veg soup; HEB bread
D - prawn & pea risotto; side salad
HEA will be 300ml 1% milk as usual in teas.
Syns - wine syns

Sorry I haven't posted for a while, was fairly good last week but away for weigh in, then was not so good this week. Overall result for the 2 weeks is half pound gain. Need to not totally slip back into old habits, reckon I can be better this week. I had to celebrate passing my first post grad module though... Also got a bit of January blues I think. Payday this week so that might cheer me up a bit too!Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0
