  • Just popping in with a catch up with you all as I'm not getting online much through the day and then by night time I am just so tired.

Well done to all our lovely losers :T:T:T

Hugs to you and your Mum lantanna xxx Great to see that you are still in the zone along with lush and shala :T

Hope you are making improvements healthwise meg and that they are getting you sorted.

Had the Sainsburys TTD Lamb and Mint Quarterpounders (2.5 syns) in a wm bread bun at lunch with a huge salad and had lentil lasagne for tea with carrots, swede, brussels and brocolli. Will have to remember when I come in tonight that I have already used up my HEs - most days save them for suppertime. Still got syns to use up so I don't think it will be too much of a problem :D

Hope you all have a lovely weekend whatever you are up to.

PS I found some of the Sainsbury's 1 syn frozen beef burgers maman - they were the only things in the healthy range so maybe they have got them by mistake. :rotfl: Haven't tried them yet as DS dropped by for lunch today so we treated him to the TTD lamb ones. ;)

    Hey ho. I am back.

I have had a good few days, although I have felt REALLY hungry today, and much to my chagrin, I gave in and had a jammie dodger and two bourbon biscuits. Grrr.

Other than that, it has been

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and Alpro milk (why has no one told me how lovely this milk is before!)

Lunch - Salmon salad (1 syn), Rosemary and Onion sunbites (6 syns - actually thought these were 3.5, so I felt I had "space" for the biscuits!), and a Mullerlite yogurt

Mid afternoon - those flipping biscuits (sooooo cross with myself!)

Dinner - turkey bolognaise, Ebly, salad (all free)

Will try and avoid any more syns, but if I continue being this hungry, I will have to be creative!

I am now going to have a read back through the thread and catch up with how everyone has been doing
  • rubbishy day today as I am loaded with cold. I've done a green day today

B: honey weetabix minis (35g heb) with plums

L: batchelors chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower

D: quorn tikka masala and rice

syns: aldi monster claws (4.5), aldi fat free greek style toffee yogurt, (.5) 5 quality street chocs (10)

    hea 250ml semi skimmed milk

    heb 2 alpen light bars

also had a banana, an apple and some pickled onions and drank tons of water

I'm a bit disappointed this week as I only lost 1.5 lbs. I know I shouldn't be down on myself for that, but I STS last week (when it was star week) so I was hoping for a bit more. I am sticking to the plan 100% so hopefully this week will be a bit more like it. I did get my Bronze body magic (first time I've stuck to any plan of exercise for more than ten days for about 15 years!) and am starting my journey towards silver this week.

I have made breakfast muffins and a bucketful of soup (butternut squash, sweet potato, courgette, onion, cherry tomato all roasted in garlic frylight and then blended with some herby veg stock) so I can snack on that all week. I've also got a fridge full of fish so hope that will help too.

    Today's food:

Waitrose free latte (HEA) while shopping
Brunch: Bacon, omelette, beans, mushrooms. Tassimo cappuccino (2 syns)
    Snacks: satsumas, apple.
Dinner: Salmon fillet, broccoli, cauliflower, runner beans, carrots. Muller Greek coconut yoghurt (frozen, 1/2 syn)
    Later: Hifi bars (HEB).
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

I have two DDs staying over with me so don't want to make a big thing of SW.

Tomorrow's breakfast can be bacon medallions and eggs or cereal
or whatever we have (I have weet**ix).

Lunch will be home made cottage pie with 5% fat beef mince, onions, carrots, leeks and cabbage.

Youngest dd has a birthday to celebrate so probably a meal out in the evening but will try to make a sensible choice.

Sunday lunch will be a special meal so will look up a good recipe for lamb with herbs, SW roasties and lots of green veg.

The latest news is that an emergency footbridge could be up in four weeks. By then I could have moved house to the other side of the river and be able to access chemist, post office, SW site and library but the footbridge would mean I could access the medical centre and supermarket.

Youngest dd did comment I looked much slimmer as she had not seen me for a few weeks but am very conscious of how far I need to go.

No, they're not in the book and a couple of months ago they took them off the website. They still work though. Any questions, just ask. denise and wiz have Green days regularly.

My day proved surprisingly SW friendly. For lunch with my friend I had a steak, a huge salad and wine syns (allowed as it's Friday). Only extras were a side of chips. Tonight we've had Lidl's piri-piri chicken with SW chips, asparagus, tomatoes and mushrooms.

    Very off plan tomorrow.:o
