How do you do your courgette based pizza? I've heard of a cauliflower base and a Smash base but not courgette!

It was this one Denise, but it all got stuck to the tray liner and fell apart so I threw a stroop and threw it in the bin and went to the pub for lunch in a mood :rotfl:

I just don't understand how to make them work!

I haven't been impressed with any of their flavours, but I think it's more the texture than anything else. The crunch versions are slightly nicer.

me too it didn't taste of anything really, not impressed with the price either!!!

    Anyone seen this on Facebook..

Yum, pizza eggy/tomato bread.. obviously the chorizo would have to be swapped out for something more healthy or synned and the bread changed to wholemeal..

Oh I forgot to say earlier for anyone who attends a group, there is a new cookbook coming out - Free Food Feasts. If you buy a countdown in Feb, it will be free with purchase like the Christmas one was. Had a flick through as my consultant had a preview copy, the recipes looked really good! My countdown just ran out so going to wait until then to renew. :money:

Menu plan looks fine. You don't need to stick to a tablespoon of beans you can have as many as you like!

Assume your HM soup was a veggie one to ensure you've had your 1/3 Speed foods.

You've made a good start and it's great that you've got some HM ready meals in the freezer.

Thanks for the link. It looks as though it's held together with the cheese in the base - but as I always use my HEA as milk I'd only be able to try this when I have a Green day! But might give it a try sometime.

DH liked the look of this - but it's not for me - can't stand eggy bread!

Looks good - I'd add some fruit. Apple, melon, mango, oranges. Also, lots of fluid such a herbal tea and water.

You've had a fabulous start - losing just shy of 4lb a week. Stick with it. You'll lose more.

  • Hi everyone,

Have had a fairly on plan week, whoop!

Football again today, the glamour of league two football... Lost at home to Oxford, and managed the whole day without a pint, a hot chocolate or a sausage roll. Doing this is habit for me, so pleased that I managed to resist! When I studied psychology, I got told to break a habit you have to change the behaviour for 28 days (no idea how that's measured), so far have managed to not have a million syns at football, and not buy a snack for the train home from work, when am not hungry but it's force of habit to do so..

Hoping week 2 weigh in is a decent loss as have also not had any alcohol syns this week (yet). Am practically a saint this week :rotfl::rotfl:

I didn't trust myself with cake mix so batch cooked instead of baked :rotfl: tomorrow the oven will be on for Sunday roast so makes more sense to sling in some cupcakes then:D

I made a huge pan of bolognaise sauce which has split in to 2 lasanges (2 people each) and 4 individual portions for spag bol. All sitting nicely in the freezer with the 4 portions of sweet and sour chicken I also made today :o fridge can breath abit now but the freezer is stuffed to the gills :rotfl:

I'm aiming to have a weeks worth of meals in the freezer so one week a month I don't need to "buy" Sw food other then fruit and veggies for me and hopefully save some money on the food bills.... we are sitting at £100-110 a week at the moment for the 5 of us, 2 cats, 2 dragons and the demon rabbit. and thats if I can keep Mr H out of Tesco mid week!!

How do you keep your shopping bills down?
