  • I would like to put in 7lb if I can for the challenge, I hope you spot this as I can't work out how to make it bigger!

I had weigh in last night and gained half a pound which was unexpected as I have been 100% on plan, never mind onwards and downwards and I am going to do a paper food diary this week I think.

    Todays food is:

B: potato cakes, baked beans, eggs and mushrooms

L: spicy carrot and lentil soup, activia 0% yogurt, pear

D: spicy bean burger (5.5 syns), sw chips, salad

snacks: 25g sugar puffs (4.5 syns), satsuma, apple, quark with 1tsp choc shot (half syn)

hea: 250ml semi skimmed milk, 2 aldi lighter cheese slices

heb: wholemeal roll, 2 hi fi light

Today I did an old fashioned green day hence the 2 a's and b's

Sorry haven't had much time to post today. Welcome to newbies, :T to all losers and good luck to beanie for tomorrow.

My suggestion for this horrid cold weather would be HM soup lioness. I make mine in SC and freeze in individual portion but it would keep in fridge for a few days.

Irrele4nt, I'd give you much the same advice. If there's going to be just you to cater for try to do some batch cooking and freeze in portions. Maybe your mum will cook up something for you to freeze before she goes away. Then you'll have a choice rather than eating the same thing day after day.

Ended up with an Indian tonight, even shared a peshwari naan:eek:

    New day tomorrow.:)
  • Morning all

Another cold day.....exercise was a 40 minute walk with the dog and I'll cycle about 4 miles to and from work. Meal plan:

B - Overnight oats with apple and FF yoghurt
L - Ham and egg salad with 30% less fat salad cream
D - Salmon tray bake with new pots, leeks, red onion, toms & peppers served with broccoli, peas and sweetcorn.

Snacks - Orange, banana, grapes, raspberries and strawberries. Muller whipped (4 Syns) plus around 2 Syns for salad cream on my salad.

Drink - Tea, coffee and water. Might have another hot choc. tonight as they are so yummy which will be another 6 Syns.

    Syns today - 12

Congrats to Musogirl for SOTW well done.:j

Well done to everyone else who has lost this week.

I managed a STS shala which I was totally ticked off about as I had been good this week and had also felt I had a lost a bit as my jeans and rings were feeling a bit loser. However when I came home my star week started so that may account for something.

Hopefully I will get round to posting a bit more this week as have been very busy and not had a chance this week.

I meant to say I now have a soup maker and I find it fab.
I get three very generous portions to go in my Simesta soup mugs or 4 smaller ones.
    Can highly recommend!
