I have matchstick carrots, mange tout, broccoli and peas to cook later.

veg and carrots with SW roast potatoes.
Dinner Stir fry with chicken.

Have a bit of snow down here overnight. Maybe 1cm, so enough to settle but I doubt it'll stick. Not a massive snow fan either, although I do like how pretty it looks when it's freshly fallen.
Today's meal plan.
Breakfast - Porridge (always make with water) with fruit and a latte (1/2 A,
Lunch - Fry up
Dinner - Beef stew
Will probably use the rest of my milk in another latte or hot chocolate later, am really enjoying them. Syns for snacks, as usual.0 -

Hi all,
Good losses still coming through :T:T
Lantanna, so sorry meant to ask, do the redundancies affect you or are you ok? not a nice situation to be in xx
New me - I watched the Trust me i'm a Doctor programme, the eating window bit was really interesting, but i'm shocked at the sacharrin findings and raised blood sugar levels
It started me on a bit of a research mission about insulin/blood sugars. Found a good book by Michael Moseley (he of the Fast Diet) that explains it all pretty well and whilst i'm not diabetic/pre-diabetic my scores show i'm heading that wayso less of the refined carbs/sugar/sweetners for me and more of the healthy foodstuff.
I miss chips already
