My DD drove me to WI this morning. She has been quite down as when she is travelling for work she does not have much choice in what she eats. This week she has not had to travel much and been better able to plan her food and lost two and a half pounds :j This has really proved to her that the she can do it and that the plan works so very pleased.
I have been trying really hard as for the last month I have gained or lost the same three pounds and wanted to push through that barrier. I lost three and a half pounds!!!! I got my one and a half stone sticker and am only a couple of pounds away from Club ten.
A bit daunted that I need to lose just over another stone to get from obese to overweight but this time I want to keep going on a healthy eating plan and not lose focus and motivation once I have lost a couple of stone and look a bit better. I want to feel really good about myself and my health for the future and not just "it'll do!"
Breakfast Bacon, one egg, tomato and two small slices wholemeal.
Lunch Chicken stirfry with lots of speed food.
Dinner Either a home made cottage pie with onions, carrots. leeks and cabbage or maybe a home made burger with wedges and green veg."This site is addictive!"
Wooligan 2 squares for smoky - 3 squares for HTA

Afternoon everyone. Reporting a 3.5lb loss please shalaand I got my club 10!
Next week should see me get my 2 stone award and hopefully if I'm really lucky, I should drop into the next stone bracket too. Will be having a careful takeaway tonight and then completely on it for the rest of the week0 -
1.5lb off for me this week. Bit disappointed as my scales still showed 2, but oh well. Maybe that half a pound will add itself on to next week.
Not very organised food wise today, need to spend the evening meal planning really. Everything in the house is on plan so not concerned about that, just throwing together some pretty random combinations. :rotfl:0 -
