Weigh in this morning and lost 1lb...well done to those with loses also this week X
In bed ill so no naughties and wine for me tonightHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0 -
Decided to make a really big effort this week and be careful with syns. Weigh in is tomorrow but no image therapy as space borrowed from local pub due to town being cut in half as bridge collapsed.
Once I move house next month I will be on the right side of town for usual class location.
Breakfast One weetabix, little milk, topped with 0% vanilla
yoghurt and fresh raspberries.
Lunch Bacon and mushroom omelette.
Dinner Either stir fry or steak and mushrooms.Depends whether DD comes over tonight."This site is addictive!"
Wooligan 2 squares for smoky - 3 squares for HTA

I haven't been on here for a little while, been a busy couple of weeks!
But I went to weigh-in last night and lost another 3lbs. I'm happy with this, but I did feel like I'd lost a lot more!
Had a bit of a wobble today, it's a colleague's birthday and there's lots of cakes and biscuits here. I've just scoffed a shortbread and a chocolate muffin. Grrr. But just had a nice ham salad for my lunch, so getting back on track.

Well done beanie on your brilliant loss and sandhy on reaching target :T:T
I really should work out what my target should be. When I first joined SW I wanted to lose 3st but I didn't in a million years think I'd ever achieve it - I thought I'd struggle to even lose 3lbs! I've passed that now and still not happy with how I look, although I think it's toning up more than anything that's needed, I'm so wobbly still
Feeling lots better today, I never thought I'd be so happy to feel hungry again (I may regret this next week when I'm ravenous and can't find anything to satisfy me :rotfl:)
Sun's out here so I may venture out and blow the cobwebs away.
Have a good day everyone :cool:0 -
Afternoon all... got a bit of a catch up to do, didn't get on here properly yesterday at all.musogirl295 wrote: »Does anybody have any thoughts on the time of day that you eat having an effect on your weightloss?
Thanks for the discussion on this, New me I might watch that programme today. Isn't that strange how the body reacts at different times of the day, wonder how it affects shift workers who change their sleeping patterns each week.
I think I read that your non-eating window even includes not having milk in your tea as that breaks the fast  not sure I could do that.. i'd have to stop my morning cuppa!
Sandhy - congratulations on reaching target :T:T:T
Keep going tete.. it'll come off next week!
Don't think i'm weighing tomorrow, really struggling here with sticking to plan and feeling meh. It's exhausting putting on a normal face but feeling rubbish underneath (i don't want to say depressed but there are a few signs of it again) even though I know eating better will make me feel a bit better:doh: I think I've probably put on 2-3lb this week..
Anyway so not tracking my food today but from tomorrow OH has said he'll sort out a meal plan and cook, and for anything I don't like I can have cottage pie that's in the slow cooker at the moment.
Hope everyone has a good day, still in my PJ's, haven't actually decided if i'm getting dressed today or not yet :oMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Time for a stretch I think; I've had my lunch (and another drink - yay go me! hydration is one of my biggest problems) so I'm going to venture out in to the cold and lug all the office post to the franked mail box (we don't get a pick up anymore!) and then call to the retail park on the way back and pick up a few bit from there to make the present for a birthday party littlie has been invited to tomorrow
Then it will just be another couple of hours before home time. If I Can get littlie settled well tonight I might make my 'will you be my bridesmaid?' cards for littlie and niece (not having 'proper' bridesmaids just the little ones to look cute) which will stop me snacking
Just a quick note: we still have a Facebook group so if you would like adding just sent me a PM with the email address you use for Facebook and I will send the invites out************************************

Well done Beanie and Sandy. Great achievement.
I'm working from home today and had a long walk with the dog first thing (an hour). I skipped breakfast (wasn't hungry). The rest of today's menu:
Brunch - 3 egg omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes and low fat cheese. Served with broccoli, cauliflower and fine green beans.
Dinner - Beef hotpot with broccoli and peas. The hotpot will have carrots and onions in it.
Snack: Finger of fudge (6 Syns), Muller Whipped (4 Syns) and an apple. Will have a glass of red wine as well (6 Syns). I came in under on Syns yesterday which will account for me going over today.
Day before shopping so I've run very low on fruit and veg.0 -
Hope it passes soon Shala, I know how mostly all of what you said feels.
