Picked veg is free moneyistoo :j

Weigh in for me this morning and 2lb off I can live with that.

It is my little boy's 3rd birthday tomorrow. Family meal tonight and I am going to have steak and jacket pot. Syns will be birthday cake. Tomorrow is going to be hard as we are taking him out for the day rounded off with a huge ice cream sundae at a dessert bar. At the moment telling myself I will be good, but I will not beat myself up if I am bad.

Just weighed in for the first time and I have lost 5lbs - I'm so pleased!

ETA Happy Birthday to your little boy for tomorrow Tazzyb! Three is such a cute age. And definitely no guilt if you have that sundae - his birthday is a special milestone for you too.

Edited again to add my menu for today!

    Breakfast: 2x Weetabix
Lunch: Baked potato with beans, ham and salad
    Snacks: Satsuma, grapes
Dinner: Stir fry vegetables with noodles and homemade sweet chilli, soy and ginger sauce -1 syn for the sweet chilli sauce
HEA: milk & Light Philladelphia cheese - if I don't use my full milk allowance can I count the Philly cheese as some of my HEA? (Plus whatever syns I need to add for the Philly)
    HEB: 4x plain rice cakes
Syns: Wispa bar (weigh in day treat!) - 10.5 syns

Shala – Tried the Peanut & Caramel Muller on Saturday night (rocking Saturday night clearly) didn’t really like it. Turkish Delight remains my fave, bring it back!!! Good work on the dump bags, still makes me laugh, just sounds so wrong! Well done on your loss! Now what you doing about the gym??:D
That’s annoying about the Burgers Maman : ( I was looking forward to trying those!
At least the boiler is fixed now Greentiger, not so sure about the feeling fab part but probably just less worn looking than last year lol. Long may that continue! Or else it’s the extra fat that has gone to my face making me look less wrinkled etc lol
Good luck Gbatey – didn’t know that you had to apply for a place??
I went to the gym yesterday afternoon and there was a blind lady there, she was being assisted from machine to machine etc. I thought fair play to her really inspired me and gave me a little push.
HurdyGurdy! Nearly 3 years on from starting and I still have that problem! But then I have digestive issues so may not be the best person to ask lol. But yes I often tell my friends its as well I am single because I’m not sure anyone could cope with my trumping in bed at night : (
I tend to favour T – Shirt bras too Lois, I actually find that Asda’s which are pretty cheap fit and suit me the best as opposed to more expensive ones from elsewhere.
Pathtofreedom – Tesco sell Cauliflower (Cous Cous), Courgetti, Carrot Noodles and BNS Noodles as well. Although my big Tesco doesn’t do the BNS ones.
I tried both the BNS and the Courgetti from M&S last week actually, I found them better to Tesco’s as they seemed to be less watery, also both are microwaved in the bag as opposed to being fried etc which is easier. I just took them both as free, as unless there is oil or preservatives or something added they would be. I’ll take the risk!
My favourite overall is the Cauli Cous Cous from Tesco.

Hope you feel better soon Meg, thinking about you and hope they get to the bottom of what it was soon! I also thought you were off living the hi life with your man!
June89 join me in running away from the chocolate!! Still off it here
Hope you get a quiet peaceful week this week TIE!
See we have a new programme starting tonight, How to lose weight well, I’m looking forward to it. :D
I have also been on the SW bus since last Monday too BEG so hoping for some sort of loss tomorrow night but not feeling it! Congrats on the good news! You can looking forward to looking fab a the wedding!
I agree Tete the weekend goes in no time at all, I don’t finish until 5pm on a Friday and then back in at 8am on a Monday, sucks! Sorry for the long post, but that's me all caught up now!

    L - Spicy lentil soup

Betty, I often split my A allowance into milk and cheese as unless I have something like Weetabix and a coffee, I won't use it all on milk. My consultant is happy with splitting too, although I've heard some don't like it. But as long as you calculate it correctly, I think it's fine.

    Today is back on SP...
Breakfast - Arla, berries and grapenuts (B1+1)
Lunch - Sausage and cheese omelette (A+0.5)
    Dinner - Salmon and veggies
    Pudding - Hifi Lights (B2)

Will use some more syns on... something :rotfl: Nothing really appealed in Sainsbury's today. Think I'll take a look in the book at the non-junk syns, as I'm not feeling anything processed at the moment. Would be so much easier if I liked nuts!

    Another EE day today:

    B - bacon & mushroom omelette
L - LO spicy carrot & lentil soup; HEB bread; cooked chicken & salad
D - lamb leg steak, mash, mixed veg, splash of gravy

HEA will be milk as usual

Syns: splash of gravy 1; no idea what else yet but as I need to rein it back in from today until Wednesday not really too worried if I don't have anything else.

Yup, it's exactly 1000. Feel free to throw away. :rotfl:

It's actually 2.5 for the pouch.

    :rotfl::rotfl:

Damn it that means it's probably only 1 syn for the amount i'm going to have...

It was free with my sainsbugs shopping so i'd happily throw it away but OH wants to try it..

    Thanks June x
