Lunch will be boiled eggs ham and salad.
Tea is gammon, mash pot, several veg with a 2.5 syn Yorkshire pud and a bit of gravyHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0 -
There was a bit of an "occasion" yesterday - so it was a half-and-half day re dieting. The first half I was and the second half I wasn't - ahem...
Back to the drawing board today and I was very virtuous about some chocolate I had acquired - and felt the fastest way to remove temptation from my path was to throw it away. Oh well...seems a waste...but it's better not going on my waist..
As I'm going more by measurements than weight - the fit of my clothes is indicating I've lost about 1" all round. So that's 1" down and I estimate its 5" to go.0 -
Morning..
:T well done selement.. up to you if you want to change your target, will it help motivate your more or not?
Welcome back mummyroy  did you want to join in with the challenge..
Mexican lasagne sounds nice musogirl, will be adding that to my meal plan. Did you use pasta or tortilla though? All the recipes I've looked at online are using the tortillas..
Where's our bit Beanie?I loooovee meringue, one thing i'm really rubbish at cooking though!
I have a spiralizer pathtofreedom, courgettes and potatoes are quite easy to put through but anything harder needs a bit of force. oh and you have to hold down the base unit at the same time as spiralling because it wobbles, there are suckers that hold it down but it still wobbles. i'd definitely try and see if you can borrow one before buying...
Lois, what a lovely night. How proud you must have been for her, and well done for helping point her in the right direction.. :T:T
yeahhhh pokey stick is back shrimpy!!
Sounds like a few us could do with SW jail againme included.. it was "treat" day yesterday as it was weigh in day
had a fakeaway curry so not too bad there, but snacking through the day was ridiculous. I'll not be doing it next week, think I will allow myself one treat only - like a pudding after tea or something. I need control..
Back to it today, however, we are to the MIL's for lunch. No idea what we're having but I shall decline dessert, even if I do appear rudeShe is trying to lose weight herself so i'm hoping there won't be anything tooooo bad... and I suggested walking there and back so over 4 miles  I regret that suggestion now :rotfl:
See you all later!! I have the pokey stick with me if anyone needs itMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

:T great to see all the losses rolling in. Brilliant!!mummyroysof3 wrote: »How many syns is the chocolate or golden syrup weetabix and can they be used as a heb please?
syns on line says that chocolate is 8 syns for 2 biscuits or 1.5 biscs for a HEB. Syrup are 7.5 syns for 2 biscs but doesn't seem to be a HEB although haven't looked at HEB list.
I made a lamb dopiaza from the BBC Good Food magazine yesterday and it was pretty awful. The best thing was the synful chips and bhajis I had to go with it. If anyone can recommend a good curry recipe I'd love one. We enjoy tomatoey, hottish Indian type curries with plenty of sauce.
On the saving syns: it's not SW policy but it has worked for me and many others. So a bank of 105 syns starting on WI day. I eat (or as shala said drink:D) most of mine at the weekend and then just keep a few for gravies and sauces mainly. For some reason that doesn't really apply to HEXs so they are just balanced across the day. I do sometimes split them (milk and cheese) but I don't really carry them over.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: not sure yet, probably JP with cottage cheese and pickles
D:roast chicken, roast potatoes, swede & carrot mash, cauli, broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, maybe some stuffing0 -
Hi all good news 2lb loss Yipee. Let's hope I can keep it up.0

Hmmm, not sure we can be friends anymore after this revelation.
Hello! Glad I'm not the only one to have succumbed to a takeaway this weekend. Annoyed that I didn't check my book before ordering though as I would have happily had chicken and mushrooms with plain noodles rather than the chicken chow mein I did have, and it's half the syns. Oh well.
I've spent a good hour this morning doing a freezer inventory and planning my meals. Going to have a bash at slow-cookering the Cowboy Stew that was in the Mirror yesterday - not sure if people are aware but they're doing a SW promotion at the mo with free recipe booklets, til Tuesday I think. Some sort of coupon for membership as well, but it's the food I'm interested in
Today:
B - Mullerlight and 1x Alpen Light (am I right in thinking this counts as speed, as long as I don't have anything else HEB the rest of the day?)
D - Austrian Hash and poached egg
T - Bacon and lentil soup
Will report back later with syns xxx
Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Thank you Shala! I'm just the same with snacking, once I start I can't stopTete_en_l'Air wrote: »Hmmm, not sure we can be friends anymore after this revelation.
:rotfl:Sorry! I'm going to have roasted carrot chunks instead, does that make it even worse? Hi Everyone,
Just caught up with the thread, sorry been awol for a good few days, we've been travelling with no wifi.
1.5Lbs losses SHALA
I'm pleased with this, relying on other people to cook for you and using different scales everytime is not brill, but better than nothing!!
Going to see Ankor Wat tomorrow on bicycles so plenty of Body Magic, might even roll out to 2 days!
Thank you June for the tips on HExB, we're in Cambodia, everything here is expensive if it's not local - pretty much every HExB you could imagine, heading to Thailand next week, so should have better choice!
Love to see the New Year lose coming I. - keep going everyone!! :T:T:T:T0
