Hey ladies, just weighed myself. Last weigh in was on the 31st Dec and of date I have lost 5lbs!!!! Can't believe it
Today's menu is as follows:
Breakfast: banana
Lunch: fry up inc. bacon, eggs, toms, beans and 1 slice w/meal bread
Dinner: chicken drumsticks, wedges (+2 syns as done in oil instead of fry light), corn on the cob and coleslaw (+2syns)
Dessert is the cheesecake I made with muller lights and quark so approx +2syns for the base. Not badI may have saved up enough milk over the week for a hot choc which I will syn at +2syns to be on the safe side.

Busy morning at group, lots of new starters and at least double the returning members. So only just had the chance to check in here as I was helping the consultant process them all.
Reporting a STS this week, knew it would be due to star week. But Shala, have decided I am going to reset my target down. It's just feeling too ambitious given that my losses are starting to slow down, and I don't want to stress out about it. So can you please change target to 13lbs to get to 3st please.
EE today...
Breakfast - Baked oats and apple (B)
Lunch - Omelette and salad
Dinner - Burgers with sweet potato fries (A and some syns - haven't decided if I'm going to have a bun, so don't know how many yet)
Remaining syns will be pudding.0 -

Lost my post this morning so I turned my computer off in a huff and cleaned the house instead :rotfl: but i'm back!
Hope everyone is ok:D great losses ladies :T
My weigh in today, I lost 2.5lbs. I was disappointed before I remembered we have pizza last Sunday when I was meant to be on plananyone else get food amnesia??
OH has gone to town to the post office, glad I didn't go it just started bucketing it down! he'll not be a happy bunny when he gets back :rotfl:Nowadays I stick to the same style, plain t-shirt bras in a variety of colours - they go under everything and there's no worry of anything showing.
Me too.. I love the pretty bras but i'm so paranoid about them showing through my clothes!!So can you please change target to 13lbs to get to 3st please.

Congratulations on your loss :T:T
When you say save up your milk, do you mean what's left of your Healthy extra A each day? or you've saved up syns?
Mary - some people work on a bank of 105 syns a week rather than 15 a day. That means they can then have more syns some days than others... maman and Denise like to keep their syns until the weekend so they can drink copious amounts of winehope that helps.

Weighed in this morning and I've lost 4lb! Off to a good start this time round then
Met my target for the challenge :rotfl:
Perhaps I should set a bigger target for challenge? I was just doing so badly by the end of last year I couldn't bring myself to be ambitious. Plus I'm convinced you get an extra weight loss boost just after you've been especially naughty so this post xmas one won't be representative of my usual losses even if I'm good haha.Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0 -
Would really love to join you all if you don't mind. I lost 2 st 6lb and have put 10lb on again and I really need to get a grip and get back to it before I put more back on xHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

Reporting a 3lb lossplease Shala! I'm pleased with that, as I've lost my xmas gain plus an extra half. Another pound will see me to my club 10!
Just planned my weeks meals and done the online order with Tesco, so all set to get that award and some extra next week!
Menu for today:
B - 2 x hifi (heb), clementine
L - Subway salad (2)
S - banana, grapes, activia
D - Mexican lasagne (2 + hea), salad, dressing (0.5), ff greek yoghurt, meringues (2) berries, syn free lemon curd
E - Popcorn (4.5), chocolate rice cake (2.5), jelly (0.5)0 -
Thanks for your good wishes, everyone. I will start properly tomorrow and post my menus as I'm sure I am a bit behind with SW now. Was going to start this morning but had two mince pies for breakfast!
Well done on all those losses, really inspiring!0 -
I've been a bit off plan today (well, I have behaved myself since Monday!):
B - nothing
D - Austrian Hash (potatoes, bacon, onion, leeks, mushrooms) and poached egg
T - Chinese takeaway - Chicken Chow Mein with crispy noodles and prawn crackers
HEA - Milk
HEB - None
Other syns - sugar in coffee (4), hot chocolate (2) extra milk (3)
No idea of the syns in my Chinese and I don't want to know. Though there was actually a lot of speed in it - mushrooms, spring onions, normal onions, cabbage, beansprouts.
I had 24.5 syns "in the bank" up to and including today, so if I'm back on plan again tomorrow I think I'll just about break even????Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
