Firstly - bras. If you haven't already done so, you need to measure yourself using this link. DO NOT - under any circumstances - accept what M&S tell you. They cannot measure for toffee. They tried to fit my 38Fs into a 44A  :rotfl:
As for food, I'm having another SP day today
Brunch: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans. Orange. Tassimo cappuccino (2.5 syns)
Tea: Cheese (HEA), apple, Iceland meatballs, cherry tomatoes.
Dinner: Tuna steak, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, runner beans, kale. Plums. 3 chips from DH's plate (1.5 syns)
Snack: Hifi bars (HEB)We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

I have started Slimming World this week.
Can anyone please advise how to deal with the AWFUL "botty burps". Good grief - I can clear a room!!
I am assuming it's all the fruit and veg I am eating, but seriously, I can't carry on if this is the result.
Does it ease off at all, or is this it? Am I stuck being the trumpet queen forever more?
Or is there a way to stop the odour?
I hope all you long-timers can help0 -
Hi Hurdygurdy, I'm the same wind-wise but luckily mine isn't too whiffy, I'm guessing it'll settle down eventually0

SNAP!! Well done to you both!:T:T0 -
Congratulations to everyone who has lost so far.
I have just done a mammoth catch up as I didn't get on last night as I was shattered after just two days work:D Goodness knows how I will cope with a full week next week:eek:
I was good until my third glass of wine so have decided that means cutting down on syns for me this week. Had saved a few from Wednesday and Thursday but would really like a good starting loss this week so I keep the rest of the week to around 5-8 and hopefully that should off set it all.
Menu today
breakfast: sw sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes and DG coffee (2 syns)
Lunch: lentil soup, chicken, ML yoghurt, apple and satsuma
dinner: SW pizza (made with HEB tortilla) tomato, herbs, peppers ham and cheese (HeA)
I have got a huge pile of ironing to work through today and then off to the shops to get a few bits so should get some body magic in there too.0 -

Ditto! Not fair at all is it? Well done on your 3lb too, fab result!
I went to a friends last night but drove, so just had a small glass of wine then diet drinks. Several Doritos fell into my mouth so not an entirely saintly evening but I would guesstimate I was still roughly within my Syns for the day as that was all I had.
June thank you for the advice on the pizza, I didn't end up having it in the end as DH didn't fancy it, so we had bacon and eggs as I didn't end up having that for lunch either (so much for my meal plan!) but I did some cauli hash browns as I'd seen a video on Facebook just before. Sadly I hadn't seen your post at that point and yes, they did taste just like Frylited cauli :rotfl: but by no means awful and would give them another try for definite taking your advice on board.
No meal plan today as yet either, will be doing the shopping and might pop to the farm shop to get some of it. Will also be going to Aldi so will keep my eyes out for the choc shot.

Afternoon
It's a bit less busy here today, that either means a lot of people gave up their diet last night or everyone is busy having a good weekend - I hope it's the latter!
Spanish strawberries have appeared in the supermarkets here so I had some with yogurt this morning. I love strawberries, they're definitely my favourite fruit, I'm glad they're Speed.
Thanks for the bra measurement link Emmylou, that's a method I've never seen before and it makes more sense than being measured while standing upright. I've only been measured once, in M&S and the assistant told me I was wearing the correct size. I pointed out that the bra I'd just tried on in that size hadn't fitted very well and she said "you need to try different styles to get the best fit". Shouldn't all the bras in your size fit? Nowadays I stick to the same style, plain t-shirt bras in a variety of colours - they go under everything and there's no worry of anything showing.
Well done to all those reporting losses and good luck to everyone due to weigh in.
Have a great weekend.
