  • 1/2 lb off for me this week which is very disappointing as on my scales I'd lost 1 1/2 lb and up to now our scales had been the same...and my scales are 100% accurate (Tanita body composition scales form a health class we used to run at our clinic)

My scales would have given me my 1/2 stone award and seen me at 14:12.5 (15.00 exactly on hers) kinda frustrating...the two girls ahead of me had gains which they were surprised about...make you wonder.....

Ah well it's still going in the right direction....*battles on*

Well done to today's lovely losers and anyone receiving a bit of bling :T:T:T

Commiserations to those who are on the brink of the next bit of bling - I'm sure if you keep sticking to it it will be yours very soon ;). I know its just a bit of shiney paper but it does mean an awful lot :D.

I have a feeling that the chances of me seeing 10st something on Monday could be in jeopardy as I am out at a young friends 21st tonight and tomorrow we are at a food festival with lots and lots of tasters - uuuuummmmmm :D. Have been syn free so far today and going to have a meal - maybe spag bol late afternoon which will be syn free or virtually syn free so that when we are out I am not ravenous and I have volunteered to be driver for the night so that will be diet coke/sparkling water for me ;).

The weather has changed here - it is bl00dy freezing and we have had hail/snowy stuff coming down. :(

Enjoy the weekend everyone and will have a catch up with you all sometime tomorrow.

Funny, we had some surprise gains in our group this week as well and my scales were 1lb out (as I said) which they never are. I'm going on different scales next week, wonder if I'll get a catch up loss. Off plan today so I might need it. :rotfl:

1.5lbs lost please Shala. Bit disappointed as my home scales (which are accurate) said 2.5 but it was still enough for my 4st shiny that I was hoping to get by the end of the challenge so :j

    Well done June.:T

Am pleased to report a 3lb loss this week, plus got my 4.5st award, but couldn't stay to group this week, which is rare for me.

    Have a good week all!:j

:naughty: none of that Beanie! I'm about to get preachy now.. ;)

You don't look dire, it's just that as people who are not comfortable with our weight we don't see ourselves as other people do, we nit pick at how bad we look.. i'm exactly the same with photos, thinking I look awful all the time, but it's all in our own heads.

BUT you are doing this for your health as well as your looks so try and persevere.. try to remember how much better you feel when you eat good, wholesome food.

and if all that doesn't work then i'll be round withpoke.gif;)

On a serious note, I hope you're ok, big hugs and sending positive vibes xx
