Morning all,
Reporting a 0.5lb loss - pretty well deserved to be honest. I've been eating well (i.e. my meals have been on plan) but it's the picky bits in between - an extra Alpen Light or handful of almonds here and there
I really need to give my head a shake, I'm fed up of gaining and losing the same few pounds - I could have lost a stone in the time I've been fannying on
I have started the 30 Day Shred this week for the first time in a few years though - oh my god.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

I do sympathise that SW changed the advice on various fruits like grapes and pineapple. My take is that they needed to investigate why some people were sticking to plan but not losing much or STS and came up with fruit sugars. All a bit arbitrary which ones they chose though. Unfortunately SW aren't good at explaining things. I'm sure it's commercially sensitive but I find it more than irritating.
Glad to hear you're feeling better wiz. definitely looks like a convalescent menu for today.
All a bit undecided here. I haven't done my meal plan or shop so unless I get that sorted I'll be raiding the freezer. SW breakfast (2 fried eggs on HEB), soup available or a JP and then who knows beyond that. I'll report back later.:)0 -
[STRIKE]Morning[/STRIKE].. Afternoon..(it was morning when I started!)
What a kind thing to say maman, thank you:o , and thank you everyone for your kind wishes.
Last nights anniversary meal was very indulgent.. a large burger with bacon, cheese and pulled pork on it  and fries followed by icecream and a cookie. I haven't eaten yet today as I just don't feel hungry :rotfl: no shock!
I got 1lb off at weigh in :T wanted more, as we always do, but better for it to be coming off than not at all! OH also lost 1lb so he's a little disappointed..
Really need to follow your advice Maman and plan this week, I think that's where we fell down a lot last week as well as not eating enough speed.
Well done beanie - you're back in the game! :T
Congrats on your shiney Ruby :T and to all the other losers :T
Thanks for that recipe, Rebster, I was going to make some sweet potato falafels but I might try those instead, love chipotle!greentiger wrote: »Hello, Claree and tessie bear, there a lot of [STRIKE][STRIKE]bossy moos[/STRIKE][/STRIKE] wise people here who will help you on your journey.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: cheeky..
No plan sorted for todaybut might have to have poached eggs on toast for a very late brunch and go stick my head in the freezer to see what's available for tea..
Have a good one xx

ours pass! done round too - love it. I'm always reluctant to buy a 12week countdown though as I'd struggle if I had to miss a week and then didn't manage with the cost as money is so tight. Definitely buying one in June though! I loved all the other little extras like colouring in balloons for weightloss and the reflection activities************************************

Just popping in quickly, hope everyone is well. Dreading weigh in tomorrow, not because I've had a bad week (cheeky peek at the scale this morning says I should get my next shiny) but because I'm really not liking the group anymore.
Going to have a dig around for other groups in my area, last time I looked there weren't really any at suitable times but maybe some new ones have opened up since.
Lois, I agree about fruits like blueberries. The health benefits should outweigh the sugar content. But then I feel the same about avocado and their fat content. The selection of free/speed seems quite arbitrary to me. Last I read they're now saying to syn grated fruit the same as pureed/cooked! Sorry, but a coarsely grated apple is in no way less filling/satisfying than some slices so I will be ignoring you SW. :rotfl:
Will be back tomorrow with my weigh in!0 -
I saw that on our Facebook page this morning and thought exactly the same! It's like being able to eat a sliced banana but not a mashed one!

Hi, could I join again please as I love this forum and SW! Have been on this thread before but fell off the wagon and unfortunately put all the weight back on that I had lost. Rejoined last week with governments NEWYOU scheme where for £49.50 your membership is paid and 12 weeks subscriptions. Rejoined with DIL so we are keeping each other on track, hopefully. I lost 4.5 last week and she lost 5.5 so very pleased with that. Set myself a target of 25 so that's 2lbs a week by the end of my countdown. I've also bought a Fitbit so trying to do at least 10,000 steps a day and also on the cutting back/no alcohol thread because wine has often been my downfall, drinking too much and then raiding the fridge/pantry. Will try and catch up with everybodies posts over the weekend and do some batch cooking.DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000
