Had another look at the recipe and have decided not to use the topping in the recipe - a mix of yoghurt, eggs & herbs. Will just spray the potatoes on the top to crisp them up. Cooked yoghurt just doesn't seem to work - it always curdles when I try it.

    Well done, orlao.

Thanks, maman, I love your bossy moo-ness – It’s one of the things that keeps me coming back here, so keep it up. I have lost 3 stones already but I have at least 3stones, probably 4 to get to a decent weight. I’ll just have to keep trying to find the ‘trick’ that’ll get me onto the right path again and keep me there. About football, before I was doing SW I didn’t bother to have anything when I was there! I am bonkers!

    Today I’ve had:

    Pre breakfast: banana
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with ½ hexa milk, strawberries
    Lunch: hm onion soup, pear
Dinner: (SW recipe) cheesy ham pasta bake (6)- this has tomatoes, spring onion, cauliflower & broccoli, lettuce & tomato, Hartley’s 10 blueberry & blackcurrant jelly( ½ )
    Snacks: none so far

    Tomorrow I’ve planned:

    Pre breakfast: banana
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with ½ hexa milk, strawberries
Lunch: leftover ham cheesy ham pasta bake (6), melon
Dinner: (SW recipe) redcurrant glazed lamb with potatoes, cauliflower & broccoli, ML greek style lemon yogurt ( ½ )
    Snacks: to be decided

    Good luck everyone.

Just a quick pop in to say that I can totally see where you are going maman on getting to target. I was having a chat with myself the other day and was thinking that once I get to target in a few weeks I am probably not going to be able to stray very far away from plan to manage to maintain. I think SW suggest having an extra HE which I may try for a few weeks to see how that goes and I am frightened of upping syn allowance as goodness knows where it will end. Obviously as you say when its special occasions/hols etc that is a different thing altogether. It has taken a lot of hard work to get where I am (and money over the 2yrs) and I dont want it going back on quicker than it came off . Feel free anyone to give me a poke with the pokey stick if it looks as though I am wandering too far ;).

Well done to today's lovely losers :T.

Another glorious day here today . Had busy day working this morning and been non-food shopping this afternoon so got plenty of walking albeit at a slow pace. Got back and tackled the ironing whilst DH prepared our meal. Firmly stuck on the sofa now til I go up the wooden hill :rotfl:.

Oh me too. I feel quite depressed about her passing actually. So funny and so young.
Shall raise a glass to her tonight - "beat me on the bottom with a woman's weekly" will be the toast.

    Help please....
Looked on the app but can't find it.
Went into aldi and bought pastrami.....on the app it says
    Applebys pastrami 120g pack (14 slices)........free
So I bought a pack when I got home it is 110g....11 slices, but I can't find that on the app, so would this be free?
Also I bought some vive sparking drink like raspberry and mint....last year it was free can't find it this year on the app, so would it still be free.

    Thanks.

Just checking in with -1lb please. Sorry that I only post my weight plus ask the odd question here and there :o. The thread is so fast moving that I've a job just to keep up. I do read it though and, as I don't attend a group, this thread is my virtual group :A. Hope that's ok. It seems to be working as I'm 1lb away from having lost 2.5 stone since mid November. Had been aiming for 3 stone.
