First WI tonight and I lost 2lbs!!!! It was such a nice feeling to have lost some weight and to actually feel like I've lost it too. I can tell that it's gone around my stomach and my jeans aren't as tight.
I've realised as well that weighing in each week and attending group makes it seem like a less arduous journey. You just go from one WI to the next. I don't feel like this is a 6/7/8/9 month (or more) journey.0 -

I am so jealous of your losses, BelsyBoop (hard lines re football but I’m sure SOTW makes up for that – bit anyway), mrsp and New Me.
I have to report another +0.2lbs. I know it’s less than 4 ounces but it’s regular.
Been on plan all day again.
Tuesday
Pre Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: hexb Weetabix, berries, little hexa milk

I didn't realise until I was home, but today is 21lb, aka 1.5stone and 10% weight loss! I can't really believe I've lost so much! and I'm still partly in denial at how much I have left to go (2.5-3stone) mostly because I hate my size/shape. I haven't set a final target as its so long since I was a healthy weight I can't even picture it. One day at a time0

Anyone know how long it takes to get rid of a cold, I have had mine for over a week . My head is still thick and. My nose still stuffed up but my cough is getting looser. I am not writing my meals down because they are not really proper meals. I will get back on course one I feel better. Congrats to all losers and hugs to STS x0

wizkid it always seems ages with a cold. I make this soup at the first sign:
Fry onions, add celery and grated garlic, chilli and ginger, stir
Add carrots lentils tin tomatoes stock cubes boiling water.
Cook, stir blend. Sorted
Hope you feel better soon0 -
Greetings all
Checking in with a 2lb loss
That's 1st 5lb off for me so far (8 weeks) - been a bit haphazard at times but going in the right general direction! Hopefully I'll actually start to notice it soon
Hope all are well0 -
Good morning everyone,
Congratulations Belsy for SOTW and thanks Shala for the chart. Pleased to be reporting a 2lb loss for me!!!:D Totally chuffed with this, as I've seen the number 10 on the scales for the first time in over 6 years!! I have just under 5lbs until target.
Meeting my mum for lunch, for those of you who know Bournemouth, off to Chez Freds (really nice fish and chips). She laughed when I asked to go there, but my mouth is watering at this treat!!! I'm off out on Sat too, so I suspect that I may be taking the scenic route over the next month.
Have a good week everyone.

Well done BB on SOTW.
Wow some good losses coming in this week - hope I can get a loss this week as have been completely on plan for the last 2 weeks (didn't weigh last week as not able to get to group). Unbelievably I didn't even go over syns at the weekend - that must be a first!
Another on plan day today - was going to do a Red day using jacket potato as 2nd HEB but decided as I'll be using the oven I might as well do roasties!
B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich (2 slices of crustless WM) - HEB + 2 for butter & 0.5 for brown sauce
L - tuna salad dressed with balsamic vinegar
D - pork chop; roast potatoes; roasted onions & peppers; brussels, peas & splash of gravy - 1 syn
HEA - milk
HEB - bread (2 crustless) + 1 sweet onion cracker with butter this evening
Syns - butter 4; gravy 1; brown sauce 0.5
Wiz - I've had a cold for about 2 weeks now and it's just beginning to clear up. Still got the runny nose but nowhere near as bad as it was. Hope yours clears up soon.
