Nessa - you're certainly not eating too much unless you are snacking for the sake of it rather than because you're hungry.

What are SW chocolate biscuits? Not something I'm aware of unless you me Hifi bars. How many syns are they as you don't actually say. Also what size and type of wine are you drinking as they all differ in syn values?

You look to be having the required 1/3 Speed foods over the day.

Congratulations to you Denise and to OH on your sapphire wedding anniversary

    Welcome aboard Nessa :hello:.

Well done on 10k run Mrsp :T:T:T

Nice and bright and sunny until lunchtime and managed lots of housework and two lots of washing. Starting to cloud over now and currently sat with cuppa keeping an eye on windows for any splashes of rain. :(. Amazing what a bit of sun can do for you - feel much more motivated to get up and do things.

    Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Definitely not eating too much nessa. It's what you eat that matters. I've highlighted all the fruit you're having today that's not Speed. It's free, but it doesn't count as your one third.

To me that's a wasted opportunity. If you're eating fruit and veg then eat Speed. IMO Speed along with planning are the two key features of SW.

You'll soon get your head around it.:)

Just a heads up - My local Iceland is selling SW chicken sausages at £1 per pack - I'm not sure if it's national or a sign they're being discontinued.

Just bought 6 packs for £6 - got 12 muller lights free as part of the current deal on the website.
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Hello, I've just joined SW for the first time in my life. Need to stop eating, get rid of my high body fat (a lot of which is around my arteries - indicative of binge eating)! I'm hoping being accountable will really help me. 1st weigh in tomorrow!

I nipped to Iceland earlier today, I wanted to get the pea and mint soup for emergency provision. I also picked up the tikka massala sauce to try.

Whilst I was there, I saw the promotion for buy 3 SW meals or meat products and get free 6 pack of berries mullerlights.
These are all £3 each but the mediterranean-style chicken sausages have been reduced to £1 - they have very mixed reviews on the website but I decided I'd give them a try for £1. And figured I might as well get 3 packs to get the free mullers. Here's hoping I find them ok (or can at least mask them in sausage casserole if nothing else).

I've just had Heck Chicken Italia Sausages for lunch - 1/2 syn per sausage - baked them in the oven with a couple of tomatoes and mushrooms, really enjoyed them (along with a poached egg and some microwaved spinach) - definitely having this combo again!

Looking forward to reading this thread for some hints and tips (and hoping to offer encouragement where I can).
