The only ones I can find are the BFree Multigrain Gluten Free Wraps, I think Asda sell them not sure about other SMs.
The WW ones are no longer HEB according the Latest HEs tab on the website.
Denise
I tried the BFree ones in the early days of SW and found them to be pretty disgusting - best way to describe them would be cardboard _pale_.
Gone into a bit of a grump - the tickets I booked for theatre for DH's b'day on Monday, were collected by DH from the postman. It was obvious where the envelope had come from and what was inside . I didn't see the postman coming to our house - yesterday I was guarding the front door. Oh well at least he wont be expecting the meal beforehand. Will have to check the menu out to see if I can find anything that will not be too damaging. It's Mexican so if anyone has any pointers I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

3lbs off for me please Shala. :j
I'm used to GF breads but the BFree wraps are pretty horrible plain. They're nicer cooked/toasted so I'll use them as a pizza base, but not as an actual wrap. Took me nearly six months to use the packet up (they freeze fine) though, to show how often I fancied them. :rotfl:
b_e_g Mexican isn't too bad, since it's a rice based cuisine. Depending how posh the place is, something like a burrito bowl (no wrap) can be pretty close to free if you skip the cheese and sour cream. If it's somewhere like Wahaca, they do grill plates which are your choice of meat with a side of rice and salad. Perfect EE meal really!0 -
Wi - lost 3.5lb . Still not where I want to be but happy with the loss. Been creeping up last few weeks so even though the black dog is wrapped around my chest and arms (fellow suffers may know what I mean!) I'm trying to keep on track.
I have cut my portion of gf pasta by putting it in the red slaw pots (have loads of these) for my lunches. Also stopped any sort of bread products which seem to be the biggest culprit. Evening meals have been mostly EESP too.
Here's hoping for a good weekend (food wise, given up on the weather).
Keep the faith all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

BEG - haven't actually tried the BFree wraps myself but thought they'd be pretty awful as DD2 used to use them when DGS was little as he was wheat intolerant and she said they were horrible!
What a shame about your DH getting the tickets from the postman; at least you've got other surprises.

Aww TIE I completely know what you mean. Got a black dog of my own (he's currently responding well to medication) but every now no then I get a day or two of just pure rubbishness and invasive thoughts. Big big hugs! A 3.5lb loss is AMAZING with all that going on. As long as you're trying you're doing a great job. Everything is so much harder when the black dog reappears so trying to stick to plan is a mega achievement in itself xxx0

Hmm, wonder what it could be. Obv can't be gluten - maybe it's the gluten replacement?0 -

I posted this observation on the Norfolk gluten free shop page and someone commented that gf bread has minute amounts of gluten in which is within the guide lines. Don't know how true that is though.
Doesn't make sense though if it's true, can't be gf then.
Probably intolerant to some other ingredientIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I think we used the BFree wraps as pizza bases just to use them up too June.
Thanks for the mexican info - will look on their website before we visit.TakeItEazy wrote: »Wi - lost 3.5lb . Still not where I want to be but happy with the loss. Well done TIE on great loss. Obviously the changes you are making are having an effect. Hope you feel better in yourself very soon xBEG - haven't actually tried the BFree wraps myself but thought they'd be pretty awful as DD2 used to use them when DGS was little as he was wheat intolerant and she said they were horrible!

I think it was the smirk on his face as he handed the envelope to me Denise that did it. Hope he doesn't look things at theatre in case he finds that other things are on that maybe he would prefer to the one I have gone for but they were either sold out or rubbish seating. Anyway he still has his other treats as you say.
