Well I just saw on Instagram that the new countdown offer coming out in a few weeks is to get a free food diary. Not surprised they're releasing one with how popular the unofficial ones have become. I just use a blank notebook when I want to log, works just as well! But I might get it, since it's free and all. :rotfl:0

Hiya everyone
Yesterday was a write off for me as well  but I've behaved so far today. I don't know what happened to me yesterday, I was out shopping and all of a sudden all these synful goodies leapt into my basketThey're all hidden away now though and I'm trying to forget about them
Clubbercise sounds like so much fun Tete if I'm cooking something that takes a while I have my ipod on and have a little dance while I'm waiting for onions to fry off or something .. just glad no one can see me :rotfl:
That's my OH's problem as well denise, he'll eat the SW food that I prepare on an evening and is usually good with breakfast but then he gets to work and all hell breaks loose - there's packaged sandwiches and crisps and snack bars all get munched. He did do SW with me properly for the 1st couple of months or so and lost a stone and a half but his weight's creeping back up again. Syns and HEs are lost on him though so I have to keep him right.
Hope you get well soon wiz I didn't get my flu jab (for the 1st time in about 10 years) and totally getting punished for it :rotfl: I've had cold after cold so I won't make that mistake again. Hurry up summer!
Attempting a red day today as I'm wanting an extra milk allowance for my protein shake after exercise later today
B - marmite on toast with a satsuma and lots of coffee
L - not sure yet, I've got lots of salad and chicken so I'll knock something up using those
T - gammon steak with veg
2nd HEB will be alpen lights during the afternoon at some point as that's when I get peckish
Have a fab Friday everyone

Maman I'm with you on not wasting syns on jars of sauce! Only tried Dolmio once and absolutely hated it! Much too sweet for my tastebuds and also far too tomatoey.
The motorhome holiday is for nearly 4 months from mid June to early October. Really looking forward to getting away and finding some sun! Haven't decided exactly where we're going but definitely some of France and hopefully Spain and Portugal too, although as we don't like to travel too far at a time we may not manage all that - particularly as hoping to get back to Germany for mid September for the wine harvests around the Moselle & Rhine! Lots of different wines to try and white instead of red will make a change!
It'll be easier for DH to stick to SW food because I just won't be buying his crisps etc. He'll have to use his syns for extra bread & butter, wine, gravy etc. Hopefully shouldn't be too bad as of course, being a man he gets 25 syns a day instead of our 15! Just have to see how things go.

my new consultant just shared some pics of the new journals on Facebook - free with a 12 countdown or can be purchased (about £5) from 20th June. definitely going to get myself one.
Today just gets betterafter a morning of IT and telephony issues this morning at work I had to rush to pick littlie up who has a temp of 40.2 despite calpol (actually went up after calpol!) and now a moody OH as I'm trying to educate him about kids and had been told to warn him of the possibility of a febrile seizure with it being so high and he didn't like that!!!
so today so far has actually looked like this:
breakfast - bagel (11)
mid morning - apple and banna
lunch - 2 hard boiled eggs, a cheesecake muller (1) and a flump (2.5 I believe) Satsuma
going to gorge of fruit and salad tonight I think!************************************

This is going to sound like an odd complaint but as I'm full of cold I'm just not eating enough! I've had 2 syns today and I'm just not fussed about food at the moment, which can be as bad as eating too much. Luckily hubby is in charge of dinner. If it was left to me I'd probably have another bowl of porridge due to CBA.
I really should go and eat something...0 -
Happy Friday everyone. Just after my favourite Breakfast of Boiled Eggs and Toast.
Where you are on the scales BEG is exactly where I need to be! M&S Meal sounds lovely!
Now on my 12th day alcohol free, not sure if I will allow some this weekend or not or keep going. The temptation is there after a busy week. Will decide later.
I know what you mean about the photos Emmylou, I always used to get really panicky when people took pictures. Not anymore : )
Well done on your loss!
So looking forward to meal after weigh in on Monday night. Will have to have a think about something sweet yet but there is still time.
Sure you will see these numbers popping up for you very soon. Well done on reaching day 12. Thankfully that is one thing that doesn't really bother me too much. DS bought me a little tin of gin and diet tonic as part of easter egg gift and it is still in fridgemind you, the little box of choccies have been devoured. :rotfl:
Still have a bit of an aversion to having my pic taken . Not quite as bad as when I was a lot heavier but its still there. Several people at SW class have been asking to see before pics - they'll be lucky as not many exist..
Got some lovely things for DH's birthday (well I think they are so I hope he does too) - got tickets for Comedy Show at local theatre and included a main course meal and a nearby restaurant beforehand. He has been wanting to visit a local statue relating to WW1 so I have managed to get an offer on groupon for afternoon tea near the statue. And I also found on Groupon fish n chips at restaurant we have visited previously where food is gorgeous and is right on the coast. Well it would have been rude to miss out on the Groupon offers especially as I had a code for a further 20% off. The final cost for the fish n chips for 2 was less than £6 - ok they aren't overly big portions but that is a plus point for me and if he decides he can always upgrade. So all we need now is for this horrid whether to warm up and dry up and then we will have some lovely days to arrange .
Well done to all our lovely losers and hang on in there to anyone who is struggling and just cannot get into the zone.
Hope littlie is ok lush x
Enjoy your weekend everyone whatever you are up to.

Hang on in there lush. If you can manage to stay on plan at all with littlie and moody OH, next week will be a breeze!
Sounds like some lovely birthday treats planned for OH beg. After losing 10 stone, you deserve to take a bit of a scenic route to target. As it's a healthy eating plan for life, it'll be good practice having treats and then getting back on plan. I find that the best way to maintain.
I'd never used a jar of sauce denise until I was on a SC holiday with DH's massive family years ago. BIL suggested we use some as it made it much easier to cater for a large number. I was glad to get back to my usual ways when I got home though especially as I love to add loads of veg, even before starting SW.0 -

I think my current countdown runs out on about 9th May and was planning on calling it a day then. Hopefully I will have hit the 10st something by then - I know I only need 1lb for that to happen but as we all know I am prone to silly things happening for no apparent reason. I did think that if I got to 10st 10lb then even gaining the 3lb gain I would be allowed at target I would still be under 11st. :rotfl:. When I have my sensible head on I know that it is highly unlikely that that is going to happen but if it did ... I would be a happy bunny :rotfl:. The theatre visit is the week before I reach target so I will try and defer the other treats 'until the weather gets better'. Looking forward to these little outings as we have go stuck in a bit of a rut
. Also planning a bit of a family get together in the next few weeks - something we used to do quite often but hasn't happened for what seems like years ago. Family members all get older/have work committments/other interests and trying to organise things get to be a bit of a nightmare. So... as DS is getting married next year I am arranging for them and some of his cousins to come and have a get together and really introduce them to his partner. At least they will recognise each other at the wedding then :rotfl:. Planning on having quite a lot of SW food (ssshhhhh don't tell them
).

Congratulations om your loss, Emmylou. What an NSV having that pic pop up!
Lois, the vegetable couscous had to be stirfried. I used a little Frylight, but, with care, I think it could be dry fried. I was surprised there wasn’t a microwave option.
Lush, I love cinnamon and raisin bagels with lovely melty butter. I want one NOW! Hope your wee one is on the mend.
Isn’t amazing, mary, how you can eat loads of stuff you don’t like just because …. I can hoover up anything and everything when that comes upon me!
Hope you feel better soon, mrsp.
I’ve got my fingers crossed for that final pound for you, b_e_g.
Danger Day wasn’t as bad as it could have been. I had chilli with rice and seasoned wedges (don’t think they’d been near any oil) and I declined pudding knowing the wee snack would be coming later in the afternoon. I did have a delicious apple & cinnamon scone with cream and jam then. Ho hum; at least it was expected. I still have my hexs to have, so I’ll probably have a cheese & tomato/onion toastie for supper.
Saturday
Breakfast: bacon, egg, mushrooms & tomatoes
Lunch: tuna pasta
Dinner: chicken korma with pilau rice, meringue nest (3) mixed berries, 0% fat Greek yogurt
Snacks: to be decided
Have a good start to the weekend.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
