Still sticking to plan (I'm sure it'll get easier once DH stops asking if such and such is Free - even though he knows it isn't; things like a cheese sandwich, LOL!). Went over by half a syn yesterday but was under on Thursday so OK. Would have been OK if I hadn't had both a sugar free jelly and a mini meringue with my fruit & sweetened quark!

    Another EE day here today:

B - SW fry up, DH cooked it and done poached eggs instead of fried for a change - really nice as haven't had one for ages. Slice of bread & butter (part HEB + 2)
L - HM mixed veg soup; bread part HEB
D - HB braised steak & onions. Will also add some carrots & mushrooms and possibly some peppers as well to up the Speed.

    HEA - milk
HEB - 3 slices of crustless WM
Syns - butter 2; 2 glasses of wine this evening 12

    Have a good day everyone.

    Denise

It may not officially be an HEB, however I buy wholemeal wraps and count one as an HEB. The ones I was buying (conveniently) weighed 60g each so I felt it was reasonable to do that - SW states that 60g of any wholemeal bread can be counted as an HEB.

  • Hi,
I don't normally post in this forum but thought I would pass on my new find for treats just on the off chance no-one has come across it.
Haagen Daaz vanilla ice cream, per 500ml tub = 1050 calories

Oppo Madagascan vanilla and baobab ice cream per 500ml tub = 410 calories.

I have 100ml of the Oppo (82 calories) with some sugar free jelly and it makes me an occasional nice little sweet treat.

    Hope no-one minds me posting.

Oops haven't been here for a while.. :( very busy week at work and totally exhausted when I get home so apologies!

:T:T:T to all the losers, sts'ers and gainers.. you're all still trying and that's what really matters :D

Beg, such a wonderful achievement :T:T it must feel so amazing xx you've met your challenge target too so just a week of success for you ;)

New Me, hope you do well with a more supportive group :T shame you had to leave the SW one on such bad terms.. course you're still welcome here :D

Great first week loss Lois, its amazing how group makes us focus a little bit more isn't it! Hope going to group will help you Lush and PPB too and you find really nice groups and consultants x

Well I just saw on Instagram that the new countdown offer coming out in a few weeks is to get a free food diary
my new consultant just shared some pics of the new journals on Facebook - free with a 12 countdown or can be purchased (about £5) from 20th June. definitely going to get myself one.

Hurrah, I love new stationery! Our consultant shared them on our facebook page too, they look a little like the doodle diary that I bought last year. Hopefully there will be enough room to write stuff on though as I find the food diaries you get are way too small for my writing and eye sight!!
I've searched online but I can't find out but are there any wraps that are a HEB?

The Weightwatchers high fibre ones used to be a heb.. i'm not sure if they still are but I know they're very hard to find in the stores. Was there a gluten free one that was too?

I'm like Lois, I just use any wholemeal as a heb as long as it's 60g (ish) and if i'm being really naughty i just pretend white bread is too :rotfl:

So i lost 2lb this week for my second official weigh in, well pleased as I've usually lost the plot by now. Not sure i can keep it up but you never know!

    Menu for me today
B - heck sausages and baked egg (2.5)
L - heb bread, chicken, salad, crisps (5)
T - chicken jalfrezi (HB tweaked recipe) sweet potato & onion bhajis, rice(1) roasted red peppers
    S - apple, orange, yogurt

    Have a brilliant day xx

:T that's excellent shala and it would be wonderful for you to keep going. We'll all be rooting for you.:A

Would you post a link to the HB jalfrezi recipe? I've seen a couple online so not sure. Do you use tinned tomatoes or fresh ones?

In the last SW magazine there was an Asda jalfrezi packet sauce I wanted to try but its never appeared in either of my local Asdas.:(

I went a bit mad last night and ate a packet of crisps (about 6 syns) and 2 melba toasts with camembert. I did enjoy them and I can afford to gain a bit but I don't want to. I must be more disciplined today as I wasn't even hungry.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions, beetroot
D: chicken breast, patatas bravas, medley of green veg (broccoli, peas, asparagus, mange tout), mushrooms
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, weekend wine:)

So after feeling rubbish yesterday I don't feel as bad today but am getting snotty. :( Have decided to do naff all today except pop out to @ldi for some food. I'm still leaning towards doing my 10K race tomorrow. must be crazy!
I still can't get over how little I spend there! £21 today which included lots of veg, fancy pork loins, smoked salmon and prawns! I just completely avoide the biscuit/chocolate aisle now.

Woke up late and the morning got away from me so I didn't have breakfast!! Naughty I know. I had a huge 4 egg bacon (trimmed) and mushroom omelette with a side salad. Waiting a while to eat something else. :p

The only ones I can find are the BFree Multigrain Gluten Free Wraps, I think Asda sell them not sure about other SMs.

The WW ones are no longer HEB according the Latest HEs tab on the website.
