WI today and -1lb not the 2lbs needed for my 2st award but a lost all the same!
must of eaten a gazillion syns on chocolate and crisps in the last 4 hours for no real reason either.:mad:
This coming week I am aiming to give the plan my all, I feel like I've bene playing at it the last few weeks and I have too much weight to lose for that.
need to go shopping tomorrow as fresh stuff is running low, but plan to make the weatabix and carrot muffins tonight for breakfast tomorrow.
Beef stew is in slow cooker for tonight and will have mash and frozen mixed veggies with it.
My new look jeans arrived and they fit..... Just! No expansion room:rotfl:I ordered a size smaller then my "drop to the floor jeans"

Lost 1lb this week(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
Thanks for the egg info Lush - it worked perfectly and was actually my favourite bit of the salad
Got in from work and completely sabotaged myself again, eating the rest of the SoreenI need a good slap. Weigh in tomorrow. I haven't been *that* awful this week but have had around 20 Syns each day. Hopefully the exercise will counteract it a bit: yoga on Monday, 4-mile hilly run last night and 'Clubbercise' tonight (i.e. jigging about to 90s dance choons in a darkened room with glowsticks). We shall see.

Back from DH's hospital appointment - took us 2.5 hours to get there (should only have been about 1.5 hours but traffic was awful). We'd left in plenty of time because I hate motorway driving and he was still waiting for the go ahead to be allowed to drive after an operation on his wrist. Thankfully I didn't have to drive home as well! Think DH was relieved to get back behind the wheel (not that he'd admit it).
As we didn't get back from the hospital until lunchtime we ended up in Wetherspoons and I had the Shanghai noodles with chicken breast (3.5 syns) plus a glass of wine (6 syns).
EE day today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - Wetherspoons as above 9.5 syns
D - chicken & salad in crunchy tacos (3 @ 3.5 syns = 10.5).
HEA - milk as usual
HEB - 2 slices of crustless WM for breastfast; will probably have another slice of toast this evening or perhaps a Ryvita.
Snacks - black & green grapes, strawberries & apple
I know I've gone over syns but easy enough to pull back over the week.

:T to losers and I'm pleased to include myself.:D
WI this morning and I'd lost 2.5lbs. That's the first WI since Easter so any gain from going off plan is sorted. I'm now just half a pound over target but I intend to keep on plan while I can as no meals out intended for the next week.
Sorry to hear about DS tweets. I can't see him being ready for work yet though if it's both arms.
Sounds like your DH had good news if he could drive home denise but what a faff having to go so far. I'm sure you deserved your treat when it was all over.:)
Hope your group goes well tonight lush.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
L: JP with tuna, beetroot, spring onions and cornichonsBGTY sausages (2), mash, fried onions, cabbage, carrots, peas
Syns: gravy and maybe chocolate0 -
Popping in with -1lb this week. Well done to all the losers, SOTW and the STSrs :T0

the scales actually said 10st 13.8lb but I'll count it as 11st. Chuffed anyway, haven't seen under 11st for well over a year!!
Well done Ruby on getting to the 10st something. :T. I was 11st 0.5lb on Monday night and so hoping I see the number 10 on next Monday. I have, however, been shopping to M&S and bought the 2for£10 for our meal on Monday as a special treat for DH's birthday - garlic mushrooms for starters, gammon shank with orange and cranberries for main, cheese selection for afters (will leave that as a special treat for DH - he only gets low fat cheese these days) oh and the wine of course. Might do some root veg mash to go with shanks - the M&S veg was buttered and I couldn't go that mad could I :rotfl:.
Good luck to everyone joining new classes this week. Hope you make lots of new friends and gets lots of support from consultants and other members. Its really amazing how much the different classes vary and I consider myself very luck to be blessed with a fab consultant and made some lovely friends too.
Hope DS makes a speedy recovery tweets - worry is what Mums do. I have just spoken to Mum on phone and she is worried about my brother and he is 54 today .

Well done Maman on the loss - that's brilliant after so long. You're right about DH having good news, even better is that follow ups will be at the local hospital which is "only" 40 minutes drive away!
Had a few less syns than planned for dinner tonight as wasn't impressed with the crunchy tacos so only ate one of them - just had the chicken, onion & salad on my plate so only 3.5 syns - now under syns for the day!
