Day 2 has gone well. The cold isn't making me particularly hungry so I forced down dinner (chicken breast, mixed veg and green beans) as I had my 5 miler at 7pm. Finished second to last in 01:03:49 (unofficial time), rather pleased. Came home and boiled pasta for lunch tomorrow so I don't have to in the morning and had my HexB of shelled pistachios and had some chocolate milk again to get a few more Suns in. It's also a good recovery drink I've heard.

I spent a week not having convenience food as a n excuse of having the house a building site.

Well done, Midge.
Hope you feel better soon, Denise.
I do SW from home too – there is no group handy enough; I’d probably grudge the fees. I did join online – but that was just money down the drain. This forum gives great support, syns allowed is very helpful (as are other online communities) – much better than SW website!
You’ll be happier after tonight’s score, tweets!
I’ve been a good girl today :A - only had 3 ½ syns so far and still have my hexa left too. That makes up a bit for yesterday. I’ll have a couple of crackers with cheese and tomato for supper (4).

Well done on your five miler MrsP! :T And that amazing loss Elona! :T Hope DS is OK Tweets!
Well my odd schedule scuppered me a bit yesterday - early afternoon teaching meant an early lunch and was starving when I got home at 3.30 but didn't want to eat too much as had running club at 6. So had a couple of Ryvitas (4 Syns) with cottage cheese and cucumber. Still hungry so added a Muler Light. Still hungry so had a 6 Syn bag of popcorn. Went out and did 4 miles of hill training followed by a cuppa tea and a Malted Milk (no idea of Syns) then came home and scarfed down three slices (over half the loaf in reality) of Banana Soreen whilst waiting for my very SW tea to cook. Then a hot chocolate. :wall: :wall: :wall: Hoping the run will have offset at least some of it.
I do keep toying with the idea of joining a group but I just think if I struggle to keep on track when accountable to you lot every day, how will one meeting a week help?
Today, just had some whoopsied fruit I found yesterday: melon, pineapple (not canned!!) and grapes. Lunch will be ham salad with a boiled egg.
Stupid question alert: How long do I hard boil an egg? I've only ever soft boiled them before! And if I do two today will one keep til tomorrow lunchtime?
Another awkward day timing-wise, but I WILL make more sensible choices!! Have a good day all!

Morning all, does anyone know if any flavoured milks are healthy extras? I need to sign up to the sw website again but never seem to have my pin number and card number in the same place... I'm struggling to have 2 healthy extras each day if I'm not having something with cheese so thought flavoured milk might at least get me drinking itBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16
