    Morning all :)

Hope you've all had a good weekend. I'm on my way back to Devon after a lovely catch up with family. Haven't had a chance to read posts, I'll try and catch up later - can't read when I'm in the car, I get travel sick.

It hasn't been a bad weekend food wise, although a few extra syns may have been consumed. Had a harvester meal on Saturday night, I chose salmon with dirty rice and had plenty of free salad from the salad bar. You do need to choose sensibly as they have several unhealthy options too. Yesterday DS and DIL fed us, cold meat and salad for lunch and a yummy roast beef dinner.

No weigh in from me for the chart Shala, can you put me down as a STS please.

My head has started feeling funny so I'd better stop now.

Catch you later. Have a good week everyone.

    LL :)

Congratulations on completing the run MrsP. That's a good NSV with loads of Body Magic!:T

Mini disaster with the weekend wine last night! I was just settling down to MOTD when I managed to spill a glass of red over the (cream) sofa. Fortunately we have loose covers so I had to get them off and in the machine PDQ. So more ironing later.:( I wish I'd been drinking Prosecco denise.:rotfl:

I'm told Harvester's a good place for making wise SW choices lois, lots of people from my group go there. I had to look up dirty rice though. Safe journey.:)

Hope you're starting to pick up now wiz and other poorlies.

You seem to be doing ever so well shala. Banking syns at the weekend, that's fantastic:T.

Not sure what's happening today. DH has a teatime meeting but I'm not going out this evening so maybe we'll eat when he gets back. I'll write my planned menu and re-jig as necessary.

    EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: cold meat, fried veg and pickles
D: Birds Eye fish, new potatoes, mushrooms, mixed green veg
    Syns: squirt of syrup

I'm trying a Birds Eye Inspirations (half a syn). It was on offer and seemed a cheap way to up our fish intake. I love fish but it can be so expensive.
  • Morning all - can you put me down for a +1 this week please Shala - considering how much I enjoyed all my cocktails and champagne last week I'm ok with that!

Full steam ahead for me from now on...14 weeks to my holidays - plenty time to get 2 stone off!! I'd be so happy if I got anywhere near that.

My sis got her first 1/2 stone shiney this week...I'm getting mine this week *game face*

I'm trying to mix up my food this week - I have a tendency to eat the same thing every day and I don't think that's good for weight loss...I'm going to try and have eggs for breakfast - I normally just have a 0% greek yog and some fruit or other. An mix up the lunches.

(We had a fun weekend...our business sponsors a local gym for trophies for a bodybuliding competition....so we spent Saturday night looking at semi naked muscular men and women lol...all the beautiful people!!)

Have to say I'd rather have been drinking the red wine! Really didn't enjoy the Prosecco at all - glad it was only 1/2 bottle to share! Hope your sofa covers come clean - looks like you did the right thing getting them into the machine quickly.

I tried those Birds Eye Inspirations (also bought on offer) I enjoyed them but found them very small portions - could have done with double the amount, which wouldn't have made them very economical, even on offer.

Morning all, I'm creeping in today... my weekends always go to pot! It's also as if now I've signed up to SW again I'm putting more pressure on myself and finding it harder!

Thursday I ate 2 cadbury caramel bars before going out for dinner, Friday I ate the last caramel bar and some reese's chocolate, Saturday I was fine but then went to a tea room with friends and had a granary sandwich, crisps, scone with jam cream and a coconut slice then went to my friends and she ordered chinese so I had some.... yesterday I had a carvery (not TOO bad) followed by caramel apple crumble and custard (didn't finish it though) and as I was starving at the shops I had a nutrigrain bar (no alpen lights in there)... then a third of a pizza and oreo chocolate...

PS so far I've avoided the cakes that someone bought in for their birthday today....

!!!!!! is wrong with me... I was doing so well for the week or two before this. Part of me thinks I'm going to put on weight anyway so s0d it but then I don't want to end up feeling even worse about my body image after LO arrives so need to try and stay on plan as much as possible.

    Hi everyone,

Had an awful weekend with football, we were 1-0 up until the 80th minute, and then they crumbled and lost 2-1!! Automatic promotion is all but gone now, oh well!

WI day yesterday, I weigh on a Sunday, and really not sure why as I put myself right at the end of the week but never mind, happy to report a -4lb loss this week, after my 2lb gain two weeks ago, I have gone on to lose half a stone in two weeks, my body is a strange old machine :rotfl::rotfl:

Glad to see everyone is plodding along, hugs to everyone xxx

:T that's an amazing loss belsyboop. Well done!

Keep at it psycho, you can't undo the weekend but you can start afresh. Keep eating the Speed food! It really will be worth it, so much easier to keep it off now than have to lose XS baby weight and eating healthy food is better for the baby.

Pleased to say all the wine stains came out. The covers are all ironed (hateful task:mad:) and airing a bit before we put them back on. DH can help me with that as they need manhandling (literally;)) into place and I don't want to damage my nails.

I expected the fish to be a small portion but thanks for the heads up. I'll do plenty of mushrooms on the side to pad them out as I find they have a nice meaty texture.
