Pleased to report I'm down a couple of lbs and today can see changes in my legs and stomach!

Today is a training day and a lovely day here - totally the opposite of what the weathermen said of course. So a walk / jog outside and lots of squats and lunges await me.

Feels good to be making some progress!

That's great news lantanna and emmy and morello.:T
It's bright here too although the forecast said the sun wouldn't be out until 6 p.m! Off to football today.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with tuna and salad
D: chicken stir fry with noodles ( few syns in sauce)
Syns: fun size Crunchie at half time and weekend wine.

I might do SW chips with the stir fry and have some hot chilli sauce to dip them in. That's a compromise for not having a spring roll.;)

Good to see the losses coming in.

Had to pop out this morning to get a few bits for dinner tonight which I'd forgotten on Thursday.

    An EE day today:

B - bacon & mushroom sandwich (2 slices of crustless bread; butter 2 syns; brown sauce 1 syn)
L - cheese omelette (10g of cheese 2 syns); lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, spring onions, cornichons; last slice of HEB bread
D - butter chicken (using a mix so need to check syns but think about 4) with rice

    HEA - milk in tea

Will also probably have a couple of glasses of wine so will need to cut back a bit during the week on syns.

    :o:o:eek::eek:

I fell of the wagon and bounced a few times over the last three weeks. Went to WI on Wednesday evening expecting to have put on about three pounds or so. I put on seven!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought lots of fruit and veg and making chicken veg soup later.
I still have some home made butternut squash soup for lunch and will try to get my focus back this week.

Making bacon butties for builders and deciding to have some myself
was not a good idea. Or the sausage roll, crisps etc.

Decided against the cheese in the omelette in the end so saved a couple of syns! I was right about the butter chicken mix it works out at 4 syns a portion - just hope it's worth it!

    Welcome back Elona.

2.5lbs off for me this week please Shala.

Haven't done my workout yet today. Not feeling that great due to star week, but need it mentally as having a bit of anxiety today - not sure why. But the workout will help a lot more than chocolate!

Louise, I agree with others to get to at least one group if you can. I have more than 2 stone to lose but there are plenty of members in our group that only wanted to lose a stone or so, and the minimum to join is half a stone. We have all shapes, sizes and ages in ours - no one looks out of place. You don't really need the directory style books. The member books are enough to get by on for the basics and everything else can be found online. But the member books are useful to have and you can only get those in group unless you want to buy on eBay but it's always cheaper to go to a group once! After that, I find the magazine most useful out of their publications for learning about new products and recipes, and that's readily available in supermarkets anyway.

Have only skimmed posts, but hope everyone else is doing well!

Been to weigh in this morning and have lost half a pound!

Was hoping for more, but it's been star week and I suspect some of it is water retention.

I think I need more speed food and need to drink more.

Hope everyone has a good week. ;)
