Meg I've not seen the chicken sausages but have had the pork ones and thought they were horrible as well. I've tried a few of the SW meals and didn't rate any of them. Much prefer to make my own meals from fresh ingredients as much as possible.
Went to WI this morning after 2 weeks and pleased to say I lost 1.5lb and am now back into target range.
There was absolutely no mention of the new wine syns at group this morning, instead our consultant was asking what targets we had to aim for over the next few months - eg where we'd like to be weightwise before we go on holiday on such an such a date. One of the members was working out how many weeks it was to the date and how much everyone needs to average to get to their target by then!
It made a nice change from the usual saying how much everyone had lost and mini targets for next week! I've got 10 WI's before I go on holiday for 3.5 months and need to lose 0.5lb per week to reach bottom end of target range! No reason why I shouldn't be able to do it as long as life doesn't get in the way!
Today's plan is EE:
B - none - forgot to take anything with me and didn't want to buy a box of Hifis
L - LO lasagne
D - SC sausage casserole
HEA - milk as usual for tea
HEB - not sure but probably some Ryvita & butter
Syns - butter (8ish); might also have some dark chocolate
Denise
I do like some of the meals but what I don't like is the price, being a pensioner I just cant justify £3 for one meal. I usually do cook my own but its nice sometimes to have a meal ready in freezer for when you CBA or life just hasn't left you much time to cook, but it definitely wont be these vile sausages again, I did read the ingredients before buying and it says 79% chicken, no way, think they just waved it over an egg.Slimming World at target0 -
Yuck! Need a DISlike button for that. Was it still in date?
DH and I frequently eat food after its Best Before date, but we're always careful to check that it's ok before we cook it or add it to anything, just to make sure we don't contaminate other food by mistake.
You'd need to count the milk for those too - or do you count it as part of your HEA?
LL
Well in date, 2017 so not sure what caused the mold.
Had response from tweet and now in contact via email. They are sending me pre paid packaging to send the pouch back. Told me to dispose of the rice. Will see what happens. Have 2 more in cupboard, not sure I want them though.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Awww Maman thanks for thinking of me. I think of you every time I look at my lovely man and remember your kindness and support when the last one went wrong, you said I would find a lovelier one and I did, 6 months now and really cant quite believe a partnership can be so good. He would like to get married but I am unsure that I would ever do that again, also it seems that we would be financially worse off, I would lose pension credit and he would lose the pension from his deceased wife. Anyway am happy to carry on flitting from Southport to Telford xxxxxxSlimming World at target0

Hi Louise, have you read the first post? That will give you a bit of an overview.. however, the plan is basic healthy eating with measured calcium and fibre elements to it, adding in a few treats that are counted.
There are quite a few people on here that post their menu plans for the day so that could also help you if you have a look back through the posts.
Are you thinking of joining a class or going it alone?Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
