Well done, Emmylou and Tulip.
Great to have you back, Mrs_R. The rugby club awards already! It doesn’t seem like a year since there was all the excitement! Hope your foot recovers well before then.

Checking in with STS please. Quite pleased considering the long bank holiday weekend tho I stayed on plan where I could.
I know I don't post much but do try and keep up with this very fast moving thread. I'm doing SW on my own so am getting lots of helpful advice and support here :A so thank you. Have lost 2 stone 1 lb since mid November and aiming for another stone if I can.0 -
Didn't get a chance to pop on yesterday but the good news is -3 1/2LBS. Not all of the holiday gain gone by a start at least.
Don't know what today's food is yet until I've had a shop but heard that jersey foals have appeared so if the f&v man has some left, they will be mine - I love them.

Morning all,
just a quick one; completely forgot about tea until late on last night (fed littlie but OH and I weren't hungry so I did a load of vacuuming/tidying!) but when I did eat it was beetroot, ham, sweetcorn and hard boiled egg with a small potato cooked in the microbing
and a couple of chocolate fingers (forgot I had those...need to forget again now!)
today:
breakfast - peanut butter on 2 slices wholemeal from a 400g loaf (HeB) = 4 syn
mid morning - apple
lunch - medium potato done in the microwave with baked beans, sweetcorn, baby plum tomatoes, beetroot and ham. mullerlight
mid afternoon - apple/Satsuma
tea - savoury mince with rice and a side of pea/carrots/sweetcorn. = 5.5 syn for the gravy etc in the savoury mince
need to rush about on my lunch; OH isn't feeling well and with a tournament this weekend I need to stock up on remedies so I'm off to the big asda as that's where they are cheapest! then to a post office on my way back to the office to post some vinyl cuts he's sold as one of them needs proof of postage!
made my plan for the weekend; breakfast will be at the hotel for me and littlie (OH has bars as he is not a breakfast person!) where I will also take a couple of bananas/apples each day plus a couple of mini muffins etc for over the day. Then I'll take sandwiches and a few snacks from home and some cool blocks. I know not everyone is keen on making sandwiches up and keeping them in a cool bag all weekend but we don't mind************************************

Greentiger lol - I am much better in a routine. If I'm at home all day grazing tends to take place. Mind you I'd much rather be at home lying in the bath reading a book than at this desk - but hey you can't have everything.
I'm a PB2 User, it is expensive but I find it lasts quite a long time. I like it with an apple. I've not tried the chocolate one just the original.0 -

I had a good day yesterday considering I haven't done a shop yet. Only syns were about 3 from a taste of chocolate. Today I've had HEB porage for breakfast but off out soon for a likely off plan lunch. Definitely back on track tomorrow! Back soon.0
