Long weekend has threw me completely!!

greentiger - you can use HM wholemeal bread as HEB as long as it is 60g! A slice of HM bread would have to be extremely thin to only weigh 60g (I know DH has started making bread in the last few weeks!). Have told him to make bread for himself and I'll stick to buying mine, LOL!

Re the wholemeal bread greentiger - I just use whatever wholemeal bread 800g size that DH gets as I don't have bread everyday and I just have to take a strip off the end of it to get it down to 60g unless I am really low on syns then don't bother. Don't know whether it makes much difference but it makes me feel better.We sometimes get the Warburtons wm buns and I think they are about 57g each so I sometimes have one of those with a burger.
Well Im really shattered now and I think its time to hit the hay.

You could say that - the only time I'm really warm is when I'm in bed with the electric blanket on....!
Yesterday was actually quite nice between the showers, but still very cold.

I had a sneaky peak this morning and I've lost 2 pounds since yesterday! (And I know why :rotfl: sorry, TMI!) Let's hope it's still gone by next Monday.

Hi everyone, I'm back, and going to get back on track with SW. I have not been well for the last couple of months but I am on the mend and raring, well not actually raring , but I am ready to get going again.
I haven't been on plan at all and it's showing to now I am in earnest. If I am not too late SHALA ten pound for me if I am too late I will do it next time.:D
Plan for today..
Breakfast Toast B plus 3 Syns yoghurt and fruit.
Lunch. Homemade mushroom soup and 2 ryvita 3 syns. Banana.
Dinner. Fish B s/w chips and peas. Fruit
Extras fruit, ski mousse 4 Syns, 2 s/ f digestive biscuits 3 Syns.

Hello all. I'm new to SW, with my first WI tonight.
I feel as though I should've made a loss but want to find out so I can stop feeling so nervous!
I've found the plan a shallower learning curve than I expected and, although I've had a couple of days of craving sweet stuff, I've stuck to plan, or on the one day I went over on syns, I made up for it by sticking to 5-10 syns for the next couple of days.
Had a lovely fry up this morning with Quorn bacon. A bit miffed that the frozon ones need to be synned and the fresh ones don't - guess which ones I bought
How is your day going so far?

Congrats to you Gingerfurball on SOTW and all the other losses. Just thought I'd touch base and say I'm still following and trying to keep the faith. I am moving about a bit more, but still can't weight bear fully. Perhaps in a few weeks I'll be able to post a loss, I'm keeping everything crossed.
