Morning all
Its quiet here - maybe you're all having a long lie-in, or out and about enjoying the Easter weekend. It's wet and windy here but there are some intrepid campers who have braved the weather so it was worthwhile coming back to open in time for Easter.
I really need something warming for lunch today, so I'm going to make some minestrone soup and have some bread with it (HEB). I bought a loaf of Hovis granary wholemeal at Morrisons which I'm hoping qualifies as a HEB. I'll check on Syns Allowed but it's not going to waste, if it doesn't qualify I wont buy it again.
Enjoy the long weekend, catch you later.

The class today wasn't a stay behind so was really quiet. I was quite happy to come home though today, as I'm just so tired & the weather is really crap today.
