GT - I was always planning to do Dechox through to Easter, rather than the entire month. Although I'm starting to feel really ill, hope I haven't picked up this bug going around. So no idea when they'll get eaten! :(

    Morning all, Happy Easter weekend!

So happy to report a loss of 2.5lbs bringing me to 11st 12 :j I've been hovering between 12st and 12.4 since October so I really feel I've made a breakthrough. Now just to get through this weekend without undoing it all...
    :EasterBun
Just had coffee (A,1) and Mullerlight with passion fruit for breakfast :A but it'll be fish and chips for lunch I'm afraid (it'd be sacrilegious not to wouldn't it?).

Glad you had a fab birthday TIE, what is a 'Hawaiian birthday'?

Have a lovely Good Friday, hope it's this sunny for everyone!

    Morning all :)

Well we're up and running and opened the shop this morning for the first time this season. We're not quite sorted out yet, everything gets put away and it's not until we need something that we realise it's not where it should be. DH has been searching high and low for some little blackboards that were delivered at the end of last season but they've disappeared. No doubt they'll turn up somewhere later in the year.

I've resisted getting on the scales so far and I've had 2 days strictly on plan so hopefully any weight gained on the journey back will have disappeared along with the blackboards. :rotfl:

Hi applepad - welcome to the thread. Feel free to ask any questions about the plan, it's likely you'll get a response quicker here than from your SW Consultant. Good luck with your weight loss.

Greentiger - glad to hear you had a good birthday, love the purple theme! Re your 1-1, maybe you could have several birthdays a year on days when he's being particularly trying! :D

Well done Rubyslippers and Tete en l'Air - very good losses. :T

Nearly lunchtime, I've got used to having salads for lunch every day, but it's a bit cold for salad IMO - I'll have to make some free soup. Today it's going to be scrambled egg, beans and tomatoes.

Have a good day everyone, enjoy the Easter weekend and try to avoid the hot X buns and chocolate.

Thanks Lois for explaining, I wasn't sure either :rotfl: that's a brilliant description though TIE..

Yesterday and today are off plan days for me as I couldn't/can't control what I'm eating, needless to say there were many syns consumed and there will be later :o however Monday to Wednesday were brilliant and i lost some excess baggage so not too fussed.

My SW magazine got here yesterday so I've done some shopping and got the ingredients in for the lamb tagine and BNS curry recipes in there and i'll also be making a tweaked version of the katsu curry on Monday when OH is out :T

Hope everyone has some plans for easter weekend that don't involve too much chocolate :EasterBun

    xx
