Morning all. Checking in with -3lbs bringing me to my first stone off, which I'm pleased about as I got a bit stuck on 11lbs loss for a couple of weeks. Must try not to ruin it with a few Easter socials! Support here much appreciated even though I don't post much. Have a lovely Easter everyone!
  • Hi everyone, welcome back Lois.
I decided to go and get weighed at a late class yesterday after our sojourn to gleneagles. I was horrified to discover I'd gained.
+5LBS there has been no sw foods at all so it wasn't a complete shock and I suppose weighing after tea instead of first thing in a morning may not have helped but honestly! It just shows how quickly things can slide though.
Off for some shopping now and will be on it like a car bonnet until the end of the challenge.

    Hi,

Joined a local class last week. Thank you for the bella Coupon heads up :D

First week flown by, however been really ill with a virus so been in bed at least 4 days so not a lot of physical activity.

Pleased to report though a 2.5lb LOSS first week.:D

I've downloaded the app and like the fact you can fill in a food diary daily online.

  • Another gain for me this week, + 3lbs this time  I don't know what's up with me lately, I just can't seem to stick to it. I need someone to kick me up the rear big time! Last week was barely on plan so I don't know why I'm surprised really - I felt vile all week and didn't really eat SW friendly. However, today is day 1 of me being good - I've had 6 syns so far and hoping to keep within 15 today. I find that once the first full day of being back on the wagon is over, it's a lot easier to stick to it after that .. but my problem lately is that I'm finding it hard to even make it 1 day of eating well  hopefully it's just a blip and I'll get over it

    Hope everyone's doing good
    xx

Lois, give yourself time to get back into the old routines, so hang off the scales until Monday. Oh, I didn’t mind paying the fine (self-imposed, not compulsory) - and the cupcake was well worth it. I just don’t want it to be thin end of a very fat wedge. My son took another away and then there were two! DH and I will have them tonight. Well done, june, with your Dechox progress. Are you keeping your truffles until April?

That’s great, debjay, Triker, tweets, mary and Morello (twice over).

Oh, Midge, Gleneagles is fab, just remember that you enjoyed it and then move on.

    Thursday
    Pre- breakfast: banana
Breakfast: spaghetti hoops on hexb toast (no butter)
Lunch: small wholemeal roll (6), scrambled egg, melon
Dinner: spaghetti Bolognese, part hexa Parmesan, ML strawberry yogurt
Snack: last birthday cupcake (these don’t have any syns, lol)

Tomorrow is a Danger Day - I will be out for lunch.

    Good luck everyone.

Hello everyone, after failing miserably and falling off the wagon more times that I can count, (not even staying on for my wedding!) I am back... We recently found out we are having a baby so I really want to try and not put more weight on that I already will... the thought of putting on 3/4/5 stone horrifies me! After moving house just under a month ago, I no longer have an excuse not to be organised and plan a little better each week for meals etc.

Can someone please let me know the syns for the sunbite pitta bakes cheese?

    Thank you :)
Congratulations on the baby news :A

Well yesterday was my Hawaiian Birthday and we went to Chinese buffet with big group of my nearest and dearest. Had a fabulous time, had mushroom curry with extra mushrooms and egg fried rice ( had no boiled  ). Chocolate mousse and ice cream for pud. Small bowls :p. They bring a cupcake with a candle and play happy birthday :o. Son ate cake though as not gluten free. Family got me me loads of gifts on a purple theme so daft things as well as nice. Got a purple selfie stick so had great fun with that :rotfl:. Great nieces got me purple funky glasses so had to wear them all night, sister got me a toy ray gun so was shooting everything in sight :rotfl:. Had big balloons and a badge (easily pleased :D). Must have been near 50 gifts, they just kept appearing :rotfl:. Son got me some old age accessories, past-it notes that say things like don't forget to get dressed, put your teeth in etc. Gotta love him .
Work colleagues got me a lovely purple orchid, also put banners up with purple balloons and we celebrated a day early as I wasn't there on the day, was at unit with 1-1. When he started to get a bit antsy I kept telling him it was my birthday and he was as nice as pie :D
Good day all round really :rotfl:

Oh and in case you hadn't realised I am completely obsessed with purple :rotfl:

Today was a struggle but so glad it's end of term :j
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
