how much have you lost in the 4 weeks? Is it only the last few weeks you've been struggling.

Could you up the amount of speed food you eat? Maybe look at how big your portion sizes are or how many carbs you eat, as this slows some people down.

Some people just lose slowly though, it all adds up in the end, so keep going! Feel free to post your menu's on here daily and we can see if we can spot anything.
Lost a pound in total. Going to check my measurements.
    Thanks for the suggestions.

ok so I am prepared for tomorrow; I have even prepared the tea ready to just throw in the oven (my aim is to get to a point where I can prep 5/6 evening meals on a Saturday/sunday and just heat/cook on the day :) )

breakfast: fat free natural yogurt (free) frozen summer berries (free) zero syrup (free) and a pinch of oats to soak up the berry juices as I've been finding it very wet (and not in a nice yogurt-y way). cup of tea.
lunch: I've prepped a salad (lettuce, cucumber, green pepper, cherry toms, pickled onions, beetroot, sweetcorn, carrot) with the free salad dressing and some chicken breast slices/pieces.
tea: lasagne (9 syns - rounding up to a whole number). I have bought a garlic baguette...I usually get about 2 slices so allowing the rest of my syns for them :)

where our other office is (where I will be from about 11.30) is awkward as you can't really walk to anywhere (its in a sports stadium, they are building anew development around it but that's not there yet!) so not sure how I'll get a break from my desk at the moment!
no HeB planned, HeA will be split Milk/cheese, drinks are peppermint tea, NAS squash and water

 Well done on all the prep Shala :T Very organised!!

I think you'd like Hiit exercises, makes more sense than sloughing away on a treadmill for an hour etc when you can push yourself and get it done in 25 mins.

Could you switch to spritzers Djenks or spirits and a diet mixer and try and save some syns. Personally I know if I buy a bottle of wine I will just drink the whole thing so its a no for me. If I have a bottle there I'll drink a bottle. And I may as well be honest, if I could drink wine and not gain weight or suffer hangovers I most certainly would lol
