-1lb this week; no idea how! we were at the VIP opening of the new soft play area at a local brewers fayre which came with a free two course meal. I had chicken tikka masala which I never get to have at home and apple betty with custard. Nice treat and lovely to watch little get to play with her two cousins who I got places too :)

back on it and head in almost a happy place :)
breakfast: porridge (heb made with part hea) with zero syrup
lunch: leek and potato soup with 2 cream crackers (5syn)
mid afternoon: cup of tea (milk from hea) and a chocolate biscuit 5syn
tea: chicken kiev style thing with a heap of veggies.

over syns but it will be made up for tomorrow as my plan for Tuesday (at work in our other office with nowhere to go outside of the office) is:
breakfast: frozen berries and free natural yogurt, zero syrup
lunch: going to make a tuna salad with a spoonful of pasta
tea: not sure yet, I am thinking chicken breast topped with bacon and a dash of tomato puree with veggies/salad

running to town to pick a few bits up for OH then will come back and do some of my ironing mountain (I try not to iron but OHs t-shirts/tops need it...not done any since January...!)

Well done to all the losers!

It's interesting to hear all about your different SW groups. Mine is a very large and very friendly group. I treat it as a good morning out without the kids! My consultant is excellent. He's currently trying to lose again after reaching target and then regaining some but I don't find this a problem. It's clear he knows what he's doing with the plan but that he also understands that it's not always an easy thing to do.

Completely fell off the wagon yesterday. I've got three days to stay on plan before I'm away for two days.

    Menu today:

    B - overnight oats (heb)
L - jacket potato, prawns, salad, seafood sauce (2)
S - milky way crispy rolls (6.5), clementine, banana
D - bolognese, pasta, parmesan (hea), ff greek yoghurt, berries, meringue (2)

Hi everyone just popped in for a quick catch up and found that you had been a chatty lot today :D

    Welcome Amanda :hello:

Well done to all our fab losers :T:T:T

Sorry to hear about gran Tete - while a water infection can be pretty nasty thankfully she hasn't broken her hip. Hope she is feeling better soon.

    Safe journey Lois

So proud of you lantanna keeping up with all the exercise and well done on the losing of inches. :T. I think sometimes most of would find benefit from ditching the scales for a while and seeing our results in other ways. Well done x

Been shopping this morning and instead of sitting with a cuppa browsing the internet till it was time for lunch, as the sun was shining I vacuumed the car. Its amazing what a bit of sunshine does for us.

    Back tonight with wi result.

    Hi all :hello:

STS for the second week in a row. Need to tweak the free food/carbs/portion sizes ratio. Just goes to show that if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.....ie the SW eat what you like of the right things mantra. I'm finding that results in a much more balanced healthy diet than before (good) but no weight loss (not so good) Though my first 2 weeks were good losses, so will try not to feel too downcast. Onwards and upwards - or should that say DOWNWARDS :j

Love this - penguins are much cuter than giraffes anyhow ;)

Your training programme sounds a bit like what I want to try - I was going to try the HIIT on the bike to start off with though, don't want to fall off the treadmill in a spectacular fashion in front of everyone because I can't run :rotfl:

So I've been to the butchers (spent £100 ) got loads though and prepped some of the meat so it's really easy to do for teas. I saw the meals in Waitr*se in the little foil trays 3 for £10 and copied those - chilli, garlic and lime chicken, garlic and herb chicken, herb crusted pork steak, mustard crusted gammon  they should be really easy to pop in the oven.

Just cooking roast chuck with veg for tea and pulled pork for tomorrow in the slow cooker. I am preparing!

    Menu for today
    B - none
L - Hm burger, 1 rasher bacon, wholemeal roll (heb) sauce (1.5) 1/2 potato skin (hea) bit of salad
T - roast chicken, roasted veg, salad, red slaw
    S - Burts lentil curls (4.5) milk (1)

    xx

    I've been Money Tipped!
Silly me, I've been tricking myself the last few months into thinking I'm on plan when I'm so obviously not! Meals have been fine on the whole but I think that there has been a bit of over eating going on. My main problem has / is my evening wine. I'm holding onto it for dear life! So 3 large glasses a night = 24 syns on its own. When you add in a few other bits it's easy to see why I've been playing around with 7lb the last few months. I'm my defence it has been a really rubbish few months work wise but that is still no excuse! Time for some positive thinking and steps forward I think xx

I don't usually post what I eat but I'm going to give it a try this week to keep me focused. Determined to loose what I put up over the weekend. Any feedback is welcome! I usually struggle with the speed but I think I'm okay for today.

Breakfast: Nothing. Still stuffed from the weekend :o
Lunch: Wholemeal sandwich (HEB), tomato, cucumber, light cheese triangles (part HEA) instead of butter.
Dinner: SW ready meal sweet potato curry
Snacks: banana, 2 squares dark chocolate (7), tea (milk part HEA)
