Brighton_belle wrote: »I know! Amazing: where has that time gone. It's actually a bit more than eight years, as I was doing the weekly chart when I got really sick for a number of months and someone else volunteered to do it instead and that was xmas 8 years and 3 months ago.

Evening all :hello:
Haven't posted for a bit - last week I stayed the same so hoping for a bit more progress this week. Did have 2 takeaway curries......:o
My work day looks like this or similar:
Breakfast: assorted fruit/overnight oats (HEB oats plus muller light...free I think? frozen berries & banana)
Lunch: large slice home made spanish tortilla (free)
Dinner: if at work home made sandwich (6 syns for the bread, 0.5 for mustard) otherwise pasta arrabiata or similar. Parmesan (HEA)
Snax - fruit
Small brandy as nightcap - 3 syns
Does this look ok? Well done to everyone who's losing xx0 -

Hi everyone!
I hope everyone is having a good week, who won the challenge? Usual problem do me, no real frequent access to WiFi so have not been able to keep caught up with everyone!
Update from me, we are now in Byron Bay. We are having the best time, we've been to Whitsunday Islands, Fraser Island and everywhere in between! Not weighed myself but feel like I've put on weight, to be honest the food not really been the issue, probably more the wine! The trips we've been on have been a bit boozy!
We went to Steve Irwins zoo the other day, its not really a zoo but a conservation sanctuary, all the crocodiles there are huge!! He caught them all as well, usually because the public were trying to kill them, the place was amazing! There was a memorial wall were all the staff wrote messages on his infamous khaki shirt, I got really emotional reading them all, he sounded like an amazing guy!
Got chicken and prawn fajitas tonight, which will give us lunch leftovers for tomorrow, then beef and mushroom stew with mash tomorrow, looking forward to that, not had stew for a long time! Got. Surf lesson booked tomorrow, so that should be interesting!
Hope everyone has a great Paddy's day, especially all the Irish on here, I'm sure you will have a little tipple in his honour!:rotfl:0 -
Minus 2 lbs last night. Club 10 award, and 2 stone award. And finally am 17st something!!! (I say finally, but its been 7 weeks going to group, although many more weeks of eating crap that led to me get to the state im in! )
Joy of joy, my bras are getting too big, a couple have had to go in the bin as there was no point to even putting them on. I have no idea what size I am now, so I am off to Bravissimo at the weekend 40G , bye bye :j
The size 20 trousers are in the bin, the 22 tops are in the bin, some 20s ok, but none of the 20s I have from before are the same size. Its an adventure getting dressed each day! I am so looking forward to getting the 18s out. They are nice clothes and I miss wearing them.
And even more excitingly, for me, I pay my final DMP payment at the end of the month.
All balances have been confirmed, and it will finally be over, I will be debt free after 9 yrs. :TLight Bulb Moment: Feb 2007
Debt: £65560 ~~~~~~ Debt Free day 24th March 2016:T0 -
Popping in to report -1lb which I'm surprised with given how many off plan meals I've had being on hols last week.
Well done to SOTW and all the other losers :T0
