So annoying, had written out a reply and then it ran away when I posted it.

I did have a naughty Chinese on Sunday folks please don't be thinking I'm that angelic! :rotfl: Mind you I really didn't enjoy it.
Sometimes its more the thought of things.

We get a day off this week on Thursday for St Patricks Day. Booked myself in for Beginners Hot Yoga on Friday night, it you don't hear from after the weekend you know that has finished me off. :rotfl:

Thanks to all for your suggestions. His space for storage in the ambulance is limited to the door pocket, so very restricted on size of containers. Hoping we can sort something.

    Afternoon all,

    Happy belated birthday Maman :)

Well done to all the losers and I stand in solidarity with those who have gained/maintained.

I am really struggling at the moment; work is manic (very small team and some big events etc on the go), home life is hard (little one has been off found out yesterday is a bad ear infection that we didn't recognise - queue me feeling like a bad mum! OH is suffering with recurrent headaches/migraines every day, need to update the tax credits so we are going to lose more income there now too!) and I'm still really run down :/ Had my blood samples taken today so hopefully something comes back from those. I suppose for them to come back all normal would of course be best but I would like there to be an answer as to why no matter how well I eat/how on plan I am/how much exercise I get my weight doesn't move :( its still getting me down as you can tell!

Anyway as a means of distraction and having some small part of life controlled/regular I am making a meal plan that will enable me to just get one with things without having to think too much. I've planned in options for each meal/snack so it's just a pick and go type thing.

    My plan is:
    breakfast
a)aldi fat free natural yogurt (free) with frozen summer berries (free) and a drizzle of zero syrup (free according to one of eth syns reference groups on Facebook...unless you eat the whole bottle!)
    b) over night oats; HeB Oats with free yogurt (either aldi fat free natural or the free greek style one they do) with a banana or frozen summer berries (both free)
    Mid morning
apple or Satsuma (or other fruit depending on offers etc)
    lunch
    a) homemade soup (free or 1 syn depending on type - leek and potato/cauli and horseradish/chicken and sweetcorn with noodles etc)
    b) pasta or rice salad with cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, beetroot, hard boiled egg and ham/tuna/chicken
    c) ham wraps (cucumber wrapped in a slice of free ham spread with HeA cream cheese) with fruit salad
    Mid afternoon
1 syn mocha (1tsp morrisons nume hot choc and instant coffee with milk from HeA)
    Tea
usually where I use my syns; I'm pretty happy plodding along as I am. Meals are usually 5-10syns. free yogurt and/or fruit for pudding on the rare occasion I fancy one
    Evening
depends on evening meal syns. Usually a 2 syn hot choc and a flump (marshmallow) (milk from HeA) if it's been a low syn day then a mini dreamy or romeo bar from aldi (4 or 6 syns respectively)
    Drinks
water/NAS squash, tea (milk from HeA

I feel that this way it is one less thing for me to worry about whilst I am so busy/run ragged. Sundays we try and have a roast so I tend to plan to flexi-syn that if needs be/account for it Tues/Wednesday.
Rugby tournaments are hard still as evening meals don't tend to be anywhere SW friendly so I try and pick something with salad or just enjoy it and get straight back on it. We only have two more this season one of which we are staying at home for so that's a walk in the park, the other we are only staying one night so I am going to pack the cool bag with 2 ice blocks plus a frozen 2lt bottle of water and with have free yogurts, fruit, veg snack, pasta salad for me and sandwiches for OH and littlie and that should see us through no problem :)
I continue to try and walk a minimum of 30 mins a day; usually more like my whole lunch hour :)

    sorry that's been an essay!

maman, it's amazing how much difference the consultant makes. Does that one do any other groups, or just the Monday sessions?

Unfortunately she seems to do a stint of 4 sessions in the one day and that's it. You are right though that it I changed to Mondays it would be the new normal once I'd adjusted to any weight gain. As I only go about once a month I can pick and choose but it's good to know there's a good group on a Monday.

That's a great meal plan lush. Sorry to hear you're all under the weather. Do keep us posted with the test results. You're probably just *nackered to use a technical term.:D

Have a good St Patrick's Day lantanna, and treat yourself to a small gin.

We're off to London for the day tomorrow and then meeting up with friends to see Adele at the O2. It's a really busy week, next evening meal at home after today is Saturday so I'm trying to be extra good in between.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO hot pot minus lamb
D: chilli con carne with rice and cottage cheese
Syns: maybe a little bit of chocolate (3?) or a couple of melba toasts with something free on top

    Hi all,

Joining in as would like to get rid of some of the excess me :D

Did SW many moons ago and lost a couple of stone without it feeling too much of an effort. So back on the SW train, will attempt to go it alone first of all as have a virus at moment so too under the weather to attend a class.

I'll look for a local one and see what happens from there.

Oh dear, oh dear reporting in with a .5lb gain

All my own fault as I'm losing motivation with a combination of work stress and knowing that I'll be on holiday in a few weeks and very off plan. I did the same in the run up to Christmas!

Anyway, if I can rein it in - GULP :p - I think I can lose the 6lbs that will take be to the next stone marker in 3 weeks...

Well done to SOTW :j and Happy Paddys Day to all, especially Lantanna :)
