Wi lost 2lb but that's over 2 weeks as didn't feel like it last week.

Eeep, I was looking at the newer Micras but every review I read said, "...but it's not a Fiesta." So I decided to make the change, although it will feel weird being in a car that's all sleek and not bumbly. I almost went £1000 over budget for this top of the range thing with a rear parking camera and all sorts but then spotted the kind of thing I had been looking for in the first place being dropped off and have gone for that. Happy with my decision, although it'll take a while to get used to the light steering! The only down side is they wouldn't give me more than about £300 for my Dad's car part-ex and he paid £1400 last July so I'm going to have a go at selling it myself. Never ever done that before so any tips gratefully received!

Gluttony is the watchword for this weekend. Every meal except breakfast is out and off plan so I'm going to enjoy it all and suck up and gains on Wednesday.

I am doing fine with SW.Had a meal at WetherSpoon's today of jacket potatoes,salad,coleslaw.
It was very nice.
Got ear infection in both ears.Get Well those that feel unwell.
