Morello I've had a look and if you do want muesli as your HEb then you can have the following:

Jordans Natural no added sugar: 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Morrisons Savers muesli 30g (HE or 5.5 syns)
Harvest Delight original 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Co Op Free from Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Asda Wholewheat Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Morrisons Wholewheat Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Dorset Cereals Simply Nutty Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Dorset Cereals Simply Delicious Museli 35g (HE or 6 Syns)
Dorset Cereals Tasty Toasted Raspberry and Apple Muesli 35g (HE or 6 syns)

The Alpen, even the no added sugar one is still high in sugar and fat. (Even more than 2 banoffe bars!)

Looking this up has been a bonus for me, I mostly eat porridge but I love Dorset museli and I have a feeling that the raspberry and apple will be featuring in my ocado shop at the weekend!! :T

Life does tend to interfere with losing weight - what challenges are you all facing over the next few weeks? No doubt Easter will be high on the list for most people.

You're so right. I've been out for a pub meal AGAIN tonight. I'm now hoping to stay on plan until next Wednesday. It's my birthday on Saturday but I have syns saved for that as it's a weekend so might be OK. Next Wednesday we're going to see Adele at the O2 so we'll be eating out in London all day and it just seems to go on and on....
Start of April is our 13 year anniversary, I've suggested a meal out, and there's a possibility OH may produce a ring quite soon (there's been a lot of hints, but that's been the case for a while!) so he might pick up on that.

Ooooh how exciting treeny, do keep us posted on any developments.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion and beetroot
    D: steak, salad, chips
Syns: wine, chips and some salad dressing:o

Well done June for SOTW :T

Weighed today instead of tomorrow as its my birthday today. I suppose that's cheating in a way :o but reporting STS which is OK seeing as I've lost over past few weeks and have been slightly naughty over weekend.

Thanks for the chart Shala, especially when you're feeling down. Thanks all for SOTW and happy birthday debjay! :j

I was down last night too, didn't pass that interview and DH wasn't home. So I was lonely and just generally feeling sorry for myself. But got a lovely message from a friend (who didn't know any of this, so pure coincidence) which cheered me up, feeling much brighter today.

    SP day...
Breakfast - Weetabix, berries and latte (A,B1)
Lunch - SP soup and velvet crunch (4.5)
Dinner - Something chicken, as didn't do the fakeaway last night
ETA: B2 and some more syns for pudding/snacks

Day 9 of Dechox and I'm fine without chocolate but struggling for treats as although I have a sweet tooth, I don't actually like sugary things. So sweets, jelly, etc are all out and even on EE days, I don't like Mullerlights so the default SW pudding is out too! Might have to have a look around the shops next time I'm in town.

Well done June on SOTW and congrats to everyone who has lost. Keep plodding as Beanie would say (hope you're OK Beanie).

June how about trying sweetened Quark as you don't like Mullerlights? I like it with some strawberries and occasionally I'll also have a mini meringue with it too, so a kind of Eton Mess.

    Another EE day today:

B - scrambled eggs, HM WM bread, was only 55g but still OK for HEB (no butter!)
L - HM pepper & sweet pepper soup
D - lamb chop, mash & broccoli; and possibly some peas or mixed veg (am making some vegetable pakoras for taster tomorrow morning so there may be some mixed veg left!)

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - HM bread

Syns - splash of gravy (1); no others planned - need to keep it as low as possible as definitely gone over this week.

I saw somewhere that the Arla or SKYR yogurts are quark, can't remember which - does anyone know if that's true - it may have been instagram I saw it on. Only a few syns each from what I remember...

well done for getting Adele tickets maman, I think she's brilliant and so funny when she's on tv... I imagine the show will be a hoot..

Off to pizza hut for tea today, haven't decided what to have.. might get a couple of starters and a dessert as don't fancy pizza. Not sure that sentence has ever come out my mouth before..

Have a good day all xxx

Happy birthday debjay! I don't think that was cheating and even if it was it's only once a year:D.

I don't have much of a sweet tooth either june but I enjoy berries with plain yogurt and a bit of sweetener and stir it round so it goes pink. I suppose quark works in much the same way like denise said.

I need to get some lunch. No leftovers because I was out yesterday and can't have omelette after eggs for breakfast. So either a JP or something like LM sausages from freezer.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: To be decided
    D: Austrian Hash with veg
Syns: might put some chorizo (2?) in the hash

    afternoon all,

not the brightest of days and I am being tested by the temp in our other office....patience wearing thin!

    Today for me:
breakfast: coffee (milk from HeA), free natural yogurt with frozen summer fruits.
lunch: small jacket potato, baked beans and salad plus a hard boiled egg
snack: special k biscuits breaks (hoping these are still 5 syns for the 2 biscuits in the pack!)
tea: no idea yet. OH is poorly so unlikely to want feeding so just me and littlie to sort
