2.5lb lost this week. Pretty good as I was out for 2 dinners, but I tried to be good the rest of the week to balance it out.

    Yikes - ok, thanks x

Morello I've had a look and if you do want muesli as your HEb then you can have the following:

Jordans Natural no added sugar: 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Morrisons Savers muesli 30g (HE or 5.5 syns)
Harvest Delight original 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Co Op Free from Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Asda Wholewheat Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Morrisons Wholewheat Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Dorset Cereals Simply Nutty Museli 35g (HE or 6 syns)
Dorset Cereals Simply Delicious Museli 35g (HE or 6 Syns)
Dorset Cereals Tasty Toasted Raspberry and Apple Muesli 35g (HE or 6 syns)

The Alpen, even the no added sugar one is still high in sugar and fat. (Even more than 2 banoffe bars!)

Looking this up has been a bonus for me, I mostly eat porridge but I love Dorset museli and I have a feeling that the raspberry and apple will be featuring in my ocado shop at the weekend!! :T

Sorry not weighed in this week as have visit from the black dog :(

Mother's Day was worse ever! Was also my dads birthday so doubley sad (missing them both so much), plus son had to be prompted to even say happy Mother's Day so spent the day in tears :cry:. I know we don't celebrate with gifts/cards but the words would have been nice :(.

Also suffering with travel anxiety when going to unit with 1-1 and it's stressing me out big time! Roll on end of term :p

Sorry off to stroke the dog :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello :o I apologise profusely for not being around and for missing posting the chart... I've been on one of my low mood times again :( changed some meds and seem to be picking up again so fingers crossed i'll get back to normal.. TIE, i'm with you on Mothers day, it hit me really badly this year and it's been 15 years since my mom passed :( I didn't dare go out the house as the shops were just full of reminders...

Eating has gone to pot, will get my birthday over and done with and get back on track at the weekend. Seems I have the same birthday as your OH Lois :D can't believe you're coming back so soon, it's gone really quickly!

Greentiger so sorry to hear about your cat :( big hugs..

Anyone know when Arkers was having her operation? hope it's all gone ok if you've already had it xx

queen of cheap I don't have a target for your new challenge - have I missed your posting?

Hope you're ok beanie and Lush and anyone else who has hit the slumps xx

Some brilliant losses and awards you guys :T:T:T

Right off to sort the chart, apologies again for it being late..

Augh TIE, sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish :( I know what you mean - I'm single, childless, only child, lost both parents and live alone - pretty much every national holiday is a massive kick in the teeth :o (Not National Hug Your Cat Day though :D)
ETA - And you Shala - feel better soon!

Well done to all on your losses and hugs to those who need them.

Re. life getting in the way - thinking about it, I don't have much of a life over the next few months so I should take this opportunity to really focus and maybe get back into running a bit. I've got a 10k on Easter Sunday so should definitely be allowed a choccy egg or two.

    Today:
    B - Mullerlight, banana, 2 passion fruits
D - Horrible veg soup (used up the last portion!!), bread (B)
T - Pasta with bacon, mushrooms, pepper, onion, cherry toms and pesto (2)
Snacks etc - Coffee (A,4), Mugshot, Alpen bar (3), apple, hot choc (2).
    TOTAL: 11
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb

SOTW* is.... :T:j:TJUNE:T:j:T with a loss of 3.5lbs!!

    Congratulations!

    smiley-happy110.gif

*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.

Please let me know if any of the results are wrong... I had about 10 pages to catch up on so it's possible I've missed some..

TIE and Shala - hope you're feeling more like yourselves soon. Thanks for the chart Shala although I'm bottom of the class this week - must try harder! I'm thinking of signing up online to give myself a boost, maybe if it costs money I might be more likely to knuckle down (plus I spotted the deal someone shared the other night, sorry I can't remember who but thank you). Tete I seem to remember you signed up a while ago - was it worth it? Fair play to you doing a 10k on Easter Saturday!

Impressive group weight loss this week (myself entirely excluded :rotfl:) Well done everyone!
