I guess I won't be getting SOTW then! Well done on the fantastic losses ladies! Wedding on Saturday was lovely, don't want to think about the syns in wine and creme brulee though! On the upside, no real hangover on Sun so didn't feel the need to go for a bit greasy burger - had a SW full brekkie and Grandma's Sunday Dinner. I even managed to meal plan for the week and do my shopping. I've got quite a lot on this week so will have to eat from the freezer quite a bit for convenience, but I'm determined to get under that pesky 12 stone this week!!

    Today:
    B - Porridge (A,B) with raspberries and a delicious black banana :)
D - SW Easy Chicken Curry with couscous
T - SW cottage pie from freezer, made with Aunt Bessie's carrot and swede mash instead of potatoes - Speed but also 0.5 Syns.
Drinks and snacks: Coffee x3 (A,3), herbal teas, Mullerlight, 2x passion fruit, 2x apples. Probably hot chocolate later (A,2)
    TOTAL SYNS: 5.5

Off out for the evening (no food involved) but if I'm hungry when I get home there are free Mug Shots. Feel like I've eaten loads today!

Well done, rebster, BelsyBoop, treeny, Lois and Morello.

I had hoped to be in the losers group today but I forgot to weigh myself this morning. :o I must remember tomorrow morning! Knowing me, that lapse last weekend will have caught up on me and I’ll not get the result I want.

Feel free to moan as much as you like, rebster. We’re all here to help you get things off your chest. To quote Shrek: Better out than in!

Good luck with your new approach, lantanna. See you soon.

    Monday
    Pre-breakfast banana
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water and salt, little hexa milk
Lunch: Batchelors Pasta ‘n’ Sauce cheese, leek & ham (1) – used rest of hexa milk, beetroot, pear and plum
Dinner: marinated lamb with potato salad and runner beans, Activia 0% fat mixed berry/forest fruit yogurt
    Snack: 2 ryvita (2), 35g smoked salmon pate (5), 2 clementines

Still dechoxing! Today I was very, very good in the face of adversity. :A DGS had an empire biscuit but he doesn’t like the jelly tot (neither do I, lol). I managed to remove most of it but it left a wee bit of jelly still on the biscuit, which he wouldn’t eat He ate around it and left a bit a bit bigger than a 50p. I separated the biscuit, gave him the bottom and THREW THE TOP IN THE BIN! That was hard!

Hi all, I had a very naughty week last week and ended up with a 2lb gain - this is my week one weigh in, sorry it's late. I also had a horrifically naughty weekend :o but am 100% back on it now and going to do an SP week to hopefully undo the damage (although just realised I haven't had either B choice today as I missed breakfast and I'm stuffed from dinner - might have something before bed)

Well done everyone, there have been some amazing losses!

    Hi everyone,

Not had wifi for nearly 2 weeks now! Feel like we've lost touch with the world a bit!

Thanks to all those for their travel / camping advice, and big hugs to anyone who needs it! Only got 1 hour wifi so can't read back through all the pages!

I hope all the mums / grans etc had a lovely Mothers Day at the weekend! :j

So we're still travelling down the East Coast in our little campervan, made it to Bundaberg, sampled some Bundaberg Rum at their distillery today, I'm not a fan so DH got mine, which he was very chuffed at!

It's so nice being able to cook again, had BBQ a lot, chilli, spag Bol, pad Thai and stir frys, so good food choices, although have been having big bread for toast for brekkie, it's the easiest thing - can't say I'm not enjoying it!:rotfl:

Went sailing around the Whitsundays for a couple of days, it was beautiful! Our boat ended up being a bit of a party boat, so lots of wine ( goon ) was consumed! :o plus the food was all provided so not the best really!

Having Kangaroo steaks with potato wedges on the BBQ tonight, looking forward to it, never tried them before!

Hope everyone has a good week! :D

The Cheese - looks like you're really enjoying your holiday. We love our motorhome and use it as much as we can but never been anywhere exotic in one! Much easier to stick to SW when you're cooking for yourself, isn't it? I've had kangaroo steak (from Iceland, LOL!) and they were quite nice, would have them again.

    Having another EE day today:

    B - mushroom omelette
L - no idea at the moment as going out so will get something while we're out - will try to get something SW friendly
D - LO beef in HM syn free onion gravy; potatoes, soya beans & brussels

HEA - milk in tea as usual
HEB - may need to use it for lunch otherwise may have some crackers or hi fi this evening

No syns currently planned but will probably have to use some for lunch.

    Have a good day everyone.

Morello - it's 4.5 syns per 25g so can't be used as HEB.
