    Morning :)

Happy Mother's Day to all the mums, hope somebody has treated you today.

Definitely been treated and after I finish on here I'll be doing a lot of flower arranging!:D One slight downside is that DD2 brought a box of chocolates! She meant well but she knows I do SW (she's done it herself but sadly regained the weight). Perhaps I'll have one a day instead of my usual treats or better still take them to a food bank (would they be acceptable does anyone know?).

I can't remember who asked but someone wanted ideas for EESP. I find it helps psychologically to have something to cut into like beetroot or carrot chunks or something carb like as a substitute like carrot and swede mash instead of potatoes. The other advice I'd give is not to think of full days if it's too hard so go for some SP meals like veggie omelettes or soups.

I didn't manage to post yesterday but I did stay on plan except for a few chips that I pinched from DH.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: have been grazing on ham and beetroot so I'll see how hungry I get
D: roast lamb, SW roast potatoes and parsnips, swede & carrot mash, cabbage, cauli and broccoli
Syns: weekend wine, gravy, squirt of syrup

Hiya everyone and Happy Mothers Day to all you mums on this thread

I can't remember when I last posted here but I fell off the wagon big time, think I need someone to strap me in with a seat belt! Lots of silly self sabotaging going on due to a mixture of naff stuff going on at work, in my head, at home but I'm back on it today and feeling lots better. I'm giving SP a go and it's gone okay so far. I'd quite like to do 3 SP days in a row but will have to see how it goes today

    Food today:
B - strawberry baked oats (1.5 syns for cooked strawbs), nectarine, apple
L - cottage pie (without the usual mash), green beans, broccoli, cauli
T - SW fry up - scrambled eggs, bacon medallions, tomatoes

Have just munched on some ryvita minis for my 2nd HEB, I had no idea they could be classed as a HEB and I feel like I've had a naughty treat they were yum!

Well done everyone with the losses this week especially whiplashy 6.5lbs off is amazing :T

    Have a great sunday everyone

    Fantastic, whiplashy.

Oh, mary, naan is my downfall – well, if I’m being honest, any bready thing is my downfall! DS is treating us to a takeaway curry tonight, so I’ll certainly be a fallen woman!

Thinking of you, beanie. Take care.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs on hexa toast, butter (2)
Lunch: baked potato, with beans and a tiny bit of hexa grated cheese, orange
Snack: rice cake (1 ½ ) with some more hexa Philly light
Dinner: aforementioned curry (share of) – guessing (8)
Snack: rest of hexb cheese and tomatoes on rice cake (1 ½ )

    Bye for now.

Evening all. 1lb loss for me this week. Really feeling like my body just does not want to lose weight at the moment. Been 100% on plan this week, including 4 EESP days, and been drinking lots and lots of water, and have only just managed to lose the pound I gained last week :( Keep thinking that one of these weeks I'm going to jump on the scales and finally see a decent loss but it just never seems to happen. Visiting my parents next weekend which means a few days off plan - just feel like I'm getting nowhere of late and don't know what else I can do.

Edit to add: sorry for the moany post, just feeling very frustrated with it all at the moment

You may not see a big loss just yet rebster but being 'good' should balance off the off plan days while you're away.:)

    Morning all

After last week's crazy 9lbs start, this week is a much more respectable and realistic 2lbs loss

Happy with that, so long as it continues!

Hope everyone had a good weekend

    Morning everyone :j

Not a great first week for me on our new challenge, all the undeserved losses have finally caught up with me, and I've only lost -0.5lb. Shala this loss is for our first week, not second, just because I'm late with posting, my apologies!.

Normally this would have made me fall off the wagon as I did try extra hard last week but I knew that eventually my undeserved losses would catch up!

Hope you all had lovely weekends, hugs to all :):)

    Morning everyone.

Hugs to beanie and anyone else who needs them :(

Congrats to the losers and commiserations to those struggling.

First week weigh in this morning and 4lbs off which I'm fairly chuffed with. I was hoping for more, but I've been a frequent visitor to the office sweetie jar so probably been oversyns most days. OH announced at the weekend he's going to go down the calorie controlled route, still having overnight oats for brekkie and eating sw friendly meals for dinner, but when he's out and about sticking to low cal food to come under 1800 for the whole day. Which is fair enough, and good to see him taking some responsibility for his own weight loss, so hopefully there'll be less temptation to pull me off track.

Nice and sunny here this morning, you get the feeling that spring might be on it's way *fingers crossed*. Have a good day everyone!
