Had a busy day so just managing to post. Started well, got into dress I know to be a small size 12 and felt comfortable. All good until tonight when had wine syns after carvery and ate crisps:(. So a good SW breakfast (scrambled eggs on HEB toast), lunch (lentil and veg soup), carvery dinner (OK except for 4 roasties) but then went mad on syns.

Line drawn. Good day planned for tomorrow:).

Great to read about everyone going back/joining groups after holiday and brilliant to hear that many of you are losing already:T. I'm really enjoying getting back into routine.

Sorry can't remember who it was on my mammoth catch up of today's posts but I wouldn't worry too much about having a low Speed breakfast. I look at my Speed intake across the day. So I try to have 50% Speed at lunch and dinner (or fit in fruit snacks if that suits better). Most of my breakfasts are either HEX cereals with milk or eggs and beans with toast.

    Morning,

Day 2 Complete and onto Day 3 here!

Went to class last night and I was right another gain 1.5 lb. Which means I put on half a stone over xmas :(:o

Anyway Shala as I only started back properly on Monday I will be going with next Tuesday as my first weigh in if you don't mind. So I'll be blank for this week please.

Came away from group last night feeling unhappy overall I've gained 1lb short of 3 stone at my very lightest. What an idiot:( There was a woman there last night visiting from another group getting her 6 stone award, I remember the day that that was me............... To be fair Ive known this was happening just couldn't seem to get it under control. Hopefully now I have. Its no ones fault but my own. Something has clicked again and lets hope it stays clicked.

I really need a good loss next Tuesday.

I'm def off the choc for the foreseeable future, seeing as I can't be trusted with it better to take it away for now and then its not an option at all.

Anyway the positives 2 full days back on plan done and hopefully there will be less of me by the end of Jan.

    Today's Menu

B: Scrambled Eggs Mushroom, Tomato, Spring Onion & HEa Cheese

L: BNS & Sweet Potato Soup

D: Mexican Chicken, Salad, Cottage Cheese

Snacks: Satsuma, Pink Lady, Yogurt, Carrot Sticks

Don't think I'm having a Heb today but if I need it I'll factor something in later on.
  • Hello everyone! I've decided to rejoin SW later this week after a bit if a break. However, I also need to run down the food in my freezer!
Could anyone please tell me the syn value of Iceland's Wild Boar and Apple Sausages? Think the brand is Kezie.
    Many thanks!
