Hi there, I love my cooked breakfasts and always use fry light spray oil. I have 2 wholemeal toast with my breakfast. Do you all have spread on your toast? I generally have flora/clover light and syn it. Do any of you just have the toast dry? Is it worth saving the syns? I love my spread.

Thanks all and have a good day. :)

    Morning,

Maman they are right when they say sugar is a drug, aren't they.

Day one complete on plan :D and No chocolate
Not sure how long I am going to stay off it, just going to keep going but really need to break that habit and then once I have I'll reintroduce the 70 %. I think I need to go the whole hog with it at the minute and have total abstinence. I used to always wonder about people that seemed addicted to chocolate as I couldn't understand why and now here I am one of them :rotfl:The more I have it the more I want! Def a drug!

Good to see you back Wizkid!

Lovely to have new people on board, always helps to refresh the memory and share ideas.

I am so glad I got through one day and its over. Feel even more determined now and that I can do this again.

    B: Yogurt & Mixed Berries
L: Tuna Salad with 2 Boiled Eggs, Wholemeal thin (HEb)
D: Bacon & Mushroom Carbonara with Salad

Snacks: Apple, Satsuma, Celery & Carrot Sticks, Hea Cheese

Weigh day for me, expecting another gain probably around 2 lbs but then that's it I'll no where I am and can focus on losing.

    Good morning everyone,

Glad equilibrium is being restored. Shala -2lbs off for me this week please!!!! Only 4lbs before dropping to the next stone, so hopefully will get to this somewhere along the new challenge.

There is a big birthday in our house in the next few weeks, I've already decided that I'm going to take one for the team and have the day off!!

Off to body(tryand)balance this morning so should be good for the soul.

    Keep up the good work,
    Arkers x

So, first day fully back on plan for me yesterday. Despite some hunger pangs in the afternoon (due to my poor planning!) I was absolutely fine, and am feeling good today!
Roll on Thursday for my first blind weigh-in. I've decided I'm going to find out if I've lost, just not how much :D

I have mine dry but put my tinned tomatoes on it instead so don't miss the spread (or beans if they're your thing!) Hadn't thought of using Dairylea - good idea! Syns are there to be used though so it's all down to what you'd rather not miss out on!

    Meal plan for today:

B: Porridge with water, splash of milk and frozen berries
L: HM chicken and tomato soup, ryvita
T: Cottage pie with swede/carrot topping, peas, broccoli
Snacks: chicken, not sure what else! Milk in tea to make up HEA.

    Have a good day everyone!

  • Well weighed in this morning, it wasn't pretty but at least I know where I stand and can draw a line and have a fresh start. So for the challenge this weigh in is n/a or STS and I'll post hopefully a loss for next week!

    Plan for today is EE:
B: Banana and Alpen light (B)
L: homemade chicken and veg soup with pearl barley
D: Spag Bol with lots of veg in sauce plus Parmesan (A)

I know I need more speed, with breakfast especially but working with what I've got in the house at the moment. Need to do a meal plan and big online food shop but hopefully not a bad start. Snacks/syns will depend on how I get on during the day.
