What do you think?
Plus I'm not happy as not lost weight on my boobs and they look bigger as I have lost weight the area below them. I have also lost weight above them which makes me feel the cold even more - my workplace is cold. Anything you can suggest? Can't swim, ride a bike and no time for gym.
Boobs are mostly fatty tissue, so the only way to (non-surgically) reduce them is to continue losing weight. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat and sounds like it'll be the last place to come off for you.queen_of_cheap wrote: »I STS this week which I'm really cross with because I've had a fab week - I've stayed off the chocolate, crisps, cake and crap, my portion sizes have been spot on and I've put a lot of effort in
Hang in there! I think I'm in for a STS this week as well (will confirm tomorrow) but I've been good all week. Just star week being a b*tch. :rotfl: I'll get a bigger loss in a few weeks to make up for it, seems to be my pattern.0 -

I know you aren't supposed to do this - weigh everyday. But I have noticed the day after WI, I lose more weight, esp if I have maintained.

Just bought myself an Actipatch as read good reports on them. Hoping it works so I get a pain free nights sleep
. Bit annoyed our local Lloyds Pharmacies don't stock them even though it's one of the retailers on Actipatch website. Had to go to Boots who are more expensive . Hope it works as recommended it to my sister who is suffering with her back at the moment.

Evening, all! Hope you’ve had a good Friday. I’m just popping in to account for my food consumption today. It’s ok, actually.
Breakfast: hexb toast with jam (1)
Lunch: scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, 2 clementines
Snack: 1 chocolate (3 ½ ) – I can make it last for 4 bites if I concentrate!
Dinner: hm leek & potato soup (I made a HUGE pot), pork loin chop, potato wedges, Brussels sprouts, mini corn cob, beetroot, pickled onions
Snack: fun size maltesers (5), hexa cheese & grapes
Hoping weather improves tomorrow; just noticed that our support has been allocated the uncovered bench seating at our match v Morton tomorrow! That said, their stand is pretty bad – even shortie has difficulty getting my legs in! My son used to hope for an empty seat in front so he could put his legs over it!

Hi all! Congrats to all the losers
Had my birthday on Sunday, and then moved house on Wednesday (which involved eating the chest freezer down as far as possible!) so was really pleased when the scales showed STS.
DH and I are now happily in our giant (Forever) home, the kittens came back from the cattery this afternoon and seem to have forgiven us (I am typing this one-handed and am desperate for the loo but I have a purring kitten on me so can't do much). I'm hoping to lose 3 lbs this week, which would take me to my 3 stone. It's going to be fish wherever possible!
Today's menu:
Brunch: Bacon, 2 egg omelette, baked beans, mushrooms.
Mid-afternoon snack: Iceland SW meatballs, apple.
Dinner: Salmon fillets, new potatoes, roasted mediterranean vegetables.
HEA: Milk in tea/coffee
HEB: Hifi bars.
Does anyone fancy coming and helping us unpack? The kitchen is sorted, and all the clothes have been put away but that's about it really. We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

Hi..
Hi frogga :wave:Shala - New Iceland deal started today. Buy 2 meals and get a free butternut squash or pack of green beans.
I saw this offer June thanks, however, the BNS were the smallest i'd ever seen and after none of the meals taking my fancy I didn't bother at all.. I won't tell you what I've eaten instead:o:oNow you two ladies, did no one ever tell you good things come in small packagesyou flatterer!
 Belsy, I hope you're ok.. must have been frightening!Tete_en_l'Air wrote: »I was coming on here to say take me off the challenge and I'll join the next one... but I seem to have already been removed:o
Apologies Tete, hope I haven't offended. I just tend to take people off the challenge if they haven't posted in a few weeks. it makes the chart less messy and it ups our % of weight loss to a more accurate figure. I will always put people back on if they want to though
We've had 24 people drop out so far, so if I hadn't took them off the chart would be massive! :eek:Dont suppose anyone has seen any reasonably priced Snoopy mugs for sale anywhere?
Thanks
Just had a quick look on Ebay but they all seem a bit pricey. :eek:TakeItEazy wrote: »Tried to stay on track today but peanut butter attacked me while passing through the kitchen

I think it is a spicy BNS soup we make from the website Candyapple.
The free BNS in our Iceland were tiny too Shala. We were thinking of trying the Paella one but they had all gone. Decided not to bother with these meals and just make sure that we have a good supply of our own ready meals in freezer for emergencies and cba sort of days.
Well I made it to Nandos today and was quite impressed. DH and I had Butterfly Chicken (lemon and herb/mango and lime) and shared them. I removed the skin from mine. Also had sides of spicy rice and corn on the cob. Quite enjoyed it and it was good to be able to join in with the rest of the family and not having to have a plate of rabbit food in front of me. Will def make return visit. Thanks for all the help in choosing what to eat - it certainly made it easier when was presented with the menu.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
