Which meringues do you have please I haven't found any below 2.5/3 syns and they are my go too for puddings!

As maman said the mini meringues you can get are 1 syn each. I usually get the tescos ones but sainsburys also do them.

Thanks for the chart Shala, hope you feel better soon. My numbers are correct.

Well done Orlao. :T for SOTW and to everyone whose lost this week.

I'm back from Benidorm, DH and I had a lovely weekend, we walked our legs off (my knees and hip are still complaining!) but we also went a bit overboard syns wise both of the food and drink variety. Line drawn and we're back on plan with a vengeance. Hopefully any damage done will be undone by next Monday when I weigh in again. I'm not even going to have a sneaky peak to see how much I've gained.

    Have a good week everyone.

    It’s still still Baltic here!

The Dechox sounds like a great idea. Then I realised Easter is in March and I've already bought my syn-friendly eggs. Although they do have a clause that you can be "fined" to take some time off, ranging from £3 for a single bar up to £20 for the whole day.

Yes, June, I realized that too – and my birthday and mother’s day are also in March! I am going to try to manage without resorting to taking the fines. We’ll see – the best laid plans of mice and man gang aft agley! I’m also giving up pudding and cake and biscuits. Eeeek! I must be mad, but now it’s out there, I’m stuck with it, lol.

Enjoy your day in France, Denise.

I am pleased to report a 2lb loss this week. Thanks for keeping the chart, shala, especially as you’ve been a bit unwell. Hope you feel better soon. xxx My results are fine, thank you.

    Congratulations, orlao!

    Well done, New Me.

  • Thanks for the chart shala and sadly my numbers are correct :p:rotfl:. Hope you feel better very soon xx

    Congratulations orlao on SOTW :T

Been to class this tonight and reporting a loss of 1.5lbs- not bad but that is only half of last week's undeserved gain. Anyhow I am moving on from that and this is a new week.

Numbers at our classes tonight were down probably due to school hols, sickness and the atrocious icy weather.

Take care everyone and stay safe.

Evening all :) Thanks Shala for the chart, and well done orlao for SOTW :)

Thanks maman for the advice and encouragement - hopefully you're right and this is just a temporary plateau. I actually found it quite motivating to look at the chart this evening - I had myself convinced everyone else was losing way more than me, but I've realised that's not really the case.

I am going to go back to posting daily plans for a while, just in case anyone can spot anything I'm doing wrong. Going to try and be a bit more detailed than usual to make sure no mistakes are slipping through!

    Today looked like this:
B: 35g bran flakes (HeB), pear
Morning snacks: apple, pear, apricot, 2xclementines
Lunch: couscous snack pot (1.5 syns)
Afternoon snacks: alpen light (3 syns), Clementine, apricot
Dinner: twochubbycubs lentil Dahl with green beans
Evening snacks: treatsize crunchie (4 syns)
Drinks: tea/coffee using 350ml skimmed milk (heA), water, NAS squash, green tea

Do any of you guys have thoughts on weighing in befor eor after exercise? Next Saturday I am considering attempting parkrun (for those who dont know this is a free event held in quite a few large UK parks, and is a 5k run. It's at 9 am saturdays). My group is at either 8:30 or 10:30 saturday morning, so is it better to get up super early for the weekend and weigh in first or weigh in all sweaty and gross after the run (I use run loosely, I am terribly unfit and this will be my first time attempting it so might be more of a brisk walk!). Neither answer seems ideal.....(I like my weekend lie ins! Also I live about half an hour away from my group and said parkrun)

I've agreed to do a 5k in the summer so thought I'd better get practicing a little

I love Parkruns! If I'm anything to go by after a Parkrun, I would weigh first as normally head straight home for a shower! Let us know how you get on if you decide to do it :)
