Sorry you’re not at your best, beanie. I quite like the mini eggs – the Galaxy ones at any rate – two are plenty for me as they are quite sweet, and good value for 3 syns. The first time I bought them I spent a few minutes trying to peel the gold paper off and being quite frustrated until I realised that it isn’t paper but gold ‘paint’. Ha ha.
Hello, Gpuk, welcome back. You’ve made a good start.
Well done, dini, june, selement and musogirl.
Commiserations, tweets. I just heard LVG saying you have no more full backs and he may have to play a 30 year old!!!!! Well done to your mob, maman – you’d have been fairly happy whatever the outcome though, I think. As for us – we snatched a draw from the jaws of victory  so I’m not best pleased.
I’m still behaving!

Train trip to Brum today! For the journey there, I thought I'd be frugal and buy some pop from the shop instead of at the station. Only when I finished did I realise it wasn't a no added sugar version. Doh! 5.5 Syns.
Food optimising has its perks... had lunch at Jamie's Italian. Avoided all the bread and things drenched in olive oil and had the prawn linguini. I glanced enviously at the next table where a mother and daughter had three desserts between them, but I avoided pud too.
7 miles I've walked today!
OH has gone to see friends, so I've done myself some syn free chips and beans for my supper. Still don't know what to make for tomorrow! Thinking butternut squash soup, followed by venison, then Eton mess...Keep reading books!

Hi everyone!
I hope everyone is having a nice weekend, regardless of bad footie results!
Nice to see so many good menus and on plan days rolling by.
Happy birthday beanielou another Valentines baby like me!
Got more diving planned today, then treating myself to a Balinese traditional massage, followed by some happy hour cocktails!
We strolled past a lovely restaurant last night, was a BBQ place where you pick what meat/ fish / seafood you want with rice or jackets, and then there's a huge salad bar to accompany. I think that's where we're headed tonight, the filet steaks looked amazing, as did the king prawns, might have a bit of surf n turf!
It's a bit more than our daily budget would normally allow, but it's a treat for my bday and also for Valentine's Day!
Hope you all have a lovely day whatever you end up doing! Happy Sunday0 -

Well I'm back from my couple of days away in the motorhome. It's been absolutely freezing - glad to get home to the warm. I've been cuddling a hot water bottle most of the time I was in the van - and wearing a wooly hat, LOL!
Had loads of syns, as expected, mostly spent on wine - although we've eaten lunch out twice and I picked the low syn options both times - only about 8 syns between the 2 meals.
Haven't read back apart from the last couple of pages - so happy birthday to those of you with birthdays - seems to be a few, particularly today:bdaycake: - don't eat too much!
Back on plan today:
B - mushroom omelette
L - HM sweet potato & pepper soup; HEB bread
D - Lidl pulled beef with bourbon sauce, 0.5 syn; roast potatoes, roasted peppers & onions, green beans; HM onion gravy
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread
Syns - 0.5 for pulled beef; not sure what else but may have some Biscoff biscuits this evening with a cuppa.

Hello everyone
Hope everyone has had good weeks, happy birthday cheese!
My week has been long with my friend coping with losing her mum, it's been difficult but I think it's getting a tiny bit better each day.
We won footie game yesterday, and I had an apple at half time and nothing naughty, which is great considering I'd normally have the attitude of 'it's been a bad week, start again Monday' and then never do!!
I thought I'd have a gain this week as have been massively off plan some days but astonished to report a -1.5lb loss!! God knows how. Defo think itll catch up with me at some point.
Well done for everyone's losses this week :T and hugs to anyone who needs one. Xx0 -
:T well done on your loss belsyboop. You were brilliant having an apple at half time too. I used to have a couple of satsumas when I was getting to target.;)
Hope you're having the most brilliant day cheese, for your birthday and Valentine's.:)
Enjoy your curry, newme, then draw a line and get back on the wagon.:)
Sorry to hear it was so cold in the motorhome denise, but I hope you enjoyed yourself all the same. You did well to find such low syn options for lunch out. It's been a lovely day here today so we went for a walk on the waterfront (well wrapped up of course).
I enjoyed the fishcakes for lunch again today. When I've finished the ones in the freezer I'll definitely make them again. The salmon is a bit bland so next time I'll use tuna or maybe some smoked haddock bits.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: 2 fishcakes with pickles, lentil&veg souproast pork, SW roast potatoes and parsnips, cauli, swede & carrot mash, broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, weekend wine:j.0
