L - subway chicken salad (2)
D - chicken balti (1.5), rice, greek yoghurt, raspberries, meringue (2)
S - kitkat (5.5), banana, clementine, cheese (hea)
4 syns left if needed but going to try not to have them after the indian!0 -

Today is most likely EE as I'm out for dinner and drinks, don't know where yet...
Breakfast - Usual weetabix, berries and coffee (A/B)
Lunch - Spinach omelette and any other bits that need using up
Dinner - Unknown! Drinks are fine as I'll stick to diet coke. Dinner is most likely Nando's, so super easy to stay on plan. Even SP if I get double salad as the side.
Not going to use any syns before dinner, just in case.greentiger wrote: »My DH bought me a big box of chocs for Valentine’s day “because I haven’t bought you chocolates for years.” I reminded him that I was being careful about what I was eating and he replied that I could have one each day. I reminded him that I’d signed up for the BHF Dechox for all of March, that there are one 2 weeks left this month and that there are 24 chocs in the box. I told him he could share but he replied, “No, I bought them for you!” I did manage to persuade him to have one, however. You’ve got to love him, though, lol. We’ll see how we go.
My DH is similar, will buy me chocs and then not have any because they're mine. Thankfully not something he's done recently though!
The Dechox sounds like a great idea. Then I realised Easter is in March and I've already bought my syn-friendly eggs. :rotfl: Although they do have a clause that you can be "fined" to take some time off, ranging from £3 for a single bar up to £20 for the whole day. DH and I always trade a Lindt bunny and have done for years. This year I bought the pack of mini bunnies (have always just added on to the weekly shop, no point in a surprise when it's tradition!) instead of the larger one. From memory there's 5 and they're 3 syns each.
There's also a 1kg one this year that's 275 syns! Obviously didn't buy that. But wow.0 -
mary_hinge wrote: »Which meringues do you have please I haven't found any below 2.5/3 syns and they are my go too for puddings!
My go-to pudding (for when I have visitors) is a DIY Eton Mess. I put fruit, meringues, cream and thick 0% yogurt on the table and let everyone help themselves to as much or as little as they fancy. I use the 1 syn mini meringues.
Messy Monday again today as we have to eat early because we're both out at different times this evening.
EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L/D: (about 4 p.m.) gammon, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage
Snacks: grazing on cold meat and cold potatoes
Syns: maybe some spread or mustard with dinner
I'm out for lunch tomorrow and we always have 2/3 courses and wine so tomorrow is definitely an off plan day.0 -
Hiya everyone on this snowy Monday
Have been AWOL I think since Wed but I'm still here .. not always sticking to plan I've been a bit self sabotagey this week but I'm still here and plodding alongI'm on day 6 of no choc and it's agony :rotfl: so whether that has anything to do with me being a bit bingey with other foods I've no idea. I'm sticking to it anyway, I may well faceplant into a load of creme eggs on Easter Sunday but I'll have earned it I think!
No chocs for me for valentines day yesterday, I got lots of Clinique goodies instead - looking forward to pampering myself with some of it later. Have never used Clinique before, it looks so posh and lovely I can't wait to play with it all.
Happy Birthday those who have celebrated, I hope you had a fab day
I've really no idea what I'm doing for lunch or tea. My food delivery isn't coming until later today so I'm completely unorganised .. not the best when I'm struggling to stay on the SW wagon.
Hoping to be a little more organised for the rest of the week .. have a good day everyone

Good you had a loss
Hope the GP appointment for mum goes well beg. Amazing that you're still finding Christmas chocolate!
Had to cancel the appt for Mum this morning maman due to the ice . However, when gp realised that Mum had cancelled rang me and said he would pop in on his way home for his lunch (doesn't live too far away). How lucky were we. He is an absolute angel :A.
Regarding Christmas choccies - we are on our final box of M&S Operetta - think there are about 8 choccies left but they come out at 4 syns each and they are not that big. DH still has a box of Quality Street Fruit Creams _pale_. He received them as a pressie and I don't think even he is that bothered about them :rotfl: so I am taking them for our Consultant and she will drop them off at the local foodbank.
Do any of you guys have thoughts on weighing in befor eor after exercise? Next Saturday I am considering attempting parkrun (for those who dont know this is a free event held in quite a few large UK parks, and is a 5k run. It's at 9 am saturdays). My group is at either 8:30 or 10:30 saturday morning, so is it better to get up super early for the weekend and weigh in first or weigh in all sweaty and gross after the run (I use run loosely, I am terribly unfit and this will be my first time attempting it so might be more of a brisk walk!). Neither answer seems ideal.....(I like my weekend lie ins! Also I live about half an hour away from my group and said parkrun)
I've agreed to do a 5k in the summer so thought I'd better get practicing a little
I take my hat to you selement on doing the run :T:T:T

B - porridge made with water; strawberries (HEB)
L - sweet potato & pepper soup; small pitta bread (? syns) need to check
D - beef stew; mashed celeriac
HEA - milk in teas as usual
Probably wine syns this evening as well as my sister is coming over and we're off to France for the day tomorrow so will definitely be an off plan day!

Sweet potato is only free, so it's an EE day. Mini pittas are around 4 syns, regular size are 7-8. Have a good trip tomorrow!0
