I weighed in last night and had expected to be a pound or so over since I last weighed in on Saturday morning first thing instead of at 7p.m.

I put on two and a half pounds.

I will just have to focus more next week and make sure I have lots of free food and speed foods.

Hello, may I join in please? I've not got much support at home, so after 3 weeks of SW I've lost 4lbs.

I am not sure what I'm aiming for by the next target date for this group. When is it? Or are we just weighing weekly?

Lots of free food at work, but tonight is going to be tricky. 2 meetings! When can I eat, and where? :(

    Mary that's amazing, well done!!
And congrats to everyone else with good news and losses.

Thanks everyone for the congrats on me being SOTW :T:T

Had a somewhat bad week this week, my friends mum unexpectedly died in her sleep on Monday, my friend is 21 and her mum only 45, came as a massive shock to everyone. My friend has needed a great deal of support, which has meant takeaways, tears (and vodka).
Just have to wait to see what the cause of death was now, tough old times. I suspect it was her heart, she was a very big lady, maybe 28-30st, and it gave way maybe. I don't know. Certainly given me a wake up call though.
Am expecting a gain this week, and won't be disheartened as the circumstances have been somewhat out of my control!

Hope everyone is doing well, and have a lovely weekend all. xx

Actifry chips look great but I can't justify the cupboard space for one given how often I have chips - maybe once a month at the moment, but at most weekly. I know it can make other stuff, but also not things I have often.

I know what you mean about the size.
The Actifry Mini is a 2 portion device, so much smaller than the one that looks like a UFO!
I'm not sure where you can buy them now, I bought mine for £99.00 when they first came out.
