Another STS, happy to have pulled it back after a few off plan days!
Cracking it now and hoping to get OH a bit more involved with meal plans etcNow that he will be home more
Not sure what tea tonight will look like but so far so good today
Figured I could make myself a mocha for 1 syn using some instant coffee, a dash of milk from my HeA and 1 tsp of the Morrisons NuMe hot choc (2 syns per serving which is 2 tsp) along with hot water...tried it this morning as I wanted a coffee but the smooth chocolatey taste too to get me started for my drive to Huddersfield and it was lushit will be happening more

:T to midge and inthered. And have a great holiday when it comes midge and enjoy your weekend in Benidorm lois. I've never been there but the programmes on TV (I've seen the one about the hospital) paint a strange picture of loads of Brits, mostly on mobility scooters. Is it really like that?
)
Benidorm is very popular with Brits and it can be very seedy/cheesy specially when hen and stag parties invade it. The mobility scooters are available to hire on the promenade and lots of people use them just for the fun of it *shrug*. They also have 2 seater scooters which aren't legal in the uk for some reason.
However there is a plus side (hard to believe I know). The local area is beautiful, last time we went we drove up the coast to Calpe and Denier and this time we're going to visit a mountain village. It's possible to find authentic Spanish fare if you look beyond the 'pubs' and fast food establishments. There's a lovely place in the old town where lots of different businesses offer their own tapas recipes and it was teeming with Spanish people last time we went.
I wouldn't recommend going there in the summer - lager louts - need I say more.

Much later today than usual!
Didn't have pancakes last night but did end up with wine syns after having the mussels for lunch.
It's a Green day today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB1)
L - carrot & lentil soup; 1 slice bread (0.5 HEB2)
D - HM pumpkin & spinach curry; rice
S - 2 Dark Rye Ryvita; 3 Apericubes (0.5 HEB2 + 0.5 syn)
May not actually have the Ryvita, depends if I fancy something this evening.
HEA will be milk as usual.
Enjoy your weekend Lois and your holiday Hurdy[/B.
We might go away in the motorhome this weekend but waiting until Friday to make the decision, depends on what the weather's doing!

We are thinking of going to Benidorm for our familymoon at the end of September. OH has been before and enjoyed it, it has the only properly accessible beach which is nice and overall is very wheelchair friendly making it perfect for usI've never been so rather looking forward to it. We aren't booking until quite late though (family friend is a travel agent) in the hope of securing a good deal...and hoping to have saved enough for it by then!

Hi all, just want to check in with weigh I. Results for this week.
3lbs loss so a very happy bunny again especially as it was star week and first one in around a year thanks to PCOS.
Shala just wondering if I could give you my weigh in details for the whole of this year to date? Xx0 -
I tried SW pancakes though can be considered a tweek.
2 eggs. One banana mashed up.
Mix together & fry in frylight.
Would make again but not in the frylight~~eek.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I keep butter frylight in for things like that, it makes so much difference. I really HATE the taste of the regular frylight, I'll only use it in very small doses where I know the flavour won't come through.
Butter frylight also makes good chips0 -
Hi everyone
WI for me this morning and happy to report a loss of 1.5lbs. Well done to everyone with losses this week, big hugs to the STS and gainers, keep on plodding
I was debating giving the banana pancakes a go last night but didn't fancy much after my tea so just had a WW yoghurt and some strawberries with choc shot. Have hidden the choc shot in the back of the cupboard now until after Easter so I'm not tempted after promising myself to give it up for Lent. Day 1 of no choc has gone better than expected, I watched OH eat a twirl and didn't get overly jealous which I feel is progress
Have a great time in the sun holidaymakers. It's been gorgeous here today, lots of sun and blue skies shame the wind is so icy. Just got back from dog walk and the night sky looks so fab, loads of bright shining stars. Makes me wish I had a star chart, I could have happily stayed out for a bit longer looking at it all.
Have a lovely evening everyone

It's catch up time again for me.
Hurdy - so pleased the little one is making progress. Good luck to DH for interview.
Arkers - my 'frontage' needs all the help it can get these days. DH says the reason I wear a belt on my dressing gown is so that things dont escape out of the bottom. :rotfl: Got measured for the last bras I bought and the assistant asked me to try a particular bra (underwired but just a thin bit of lace ). I thought it was going to look ridiculous - there was no way that that flimsy thing was going to work for me. Lo and behold she was spot on - one of the best fits and looks I've had for a long while - keeps things where they should be
. So pleased you got good results last year. I think I am probably due for check-up this year.
maman - I keep forgetting we now have a TKMaxx near us now so will try and give the bras the once over next time I'm nearby. Hadn't thought of weightloss yoyo-ing coinciding with Aunt's death - but it has got me thinking into what may have changed or I'm doing differently.
Lantanna - well done for making it to gym and then getting weights out . Hope Mum gets the independent help she needs.
Matron - well done on loss :T and happy hols
Sbala - no pancakes for me last night :A. Debated about doing a SW version of pancakes but they are never as nice are they. Do you find the amount of nuts you are allowed for a HE hits the spot?
I have avoided nuts up until now just in case I got a taste for them iykwim :rotfl:
Lois - enjoy Benidorm
Dragon and marcsshell - well done on cracking losses :T
Candyapple - well done on loss too. :T
Will make a better effort tomorrow to keep up with you all.
